Grade II listed and part of The Old Foundry, traditional brick and flint Cog Cottage in the heart of Great Walsingham, with its beautiful medieval church, is a truly gorgeous and cosy rural bolthole.
With a wood burning stove, stylish décor, exposed brick and flint walls and beams and open-plan living, Cog Cottage is an ideal hangout for families and groups of friends all year round. It has three bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and en-suite, a double and twin beds in the third, with luxury, high-spec bathrooms. Cog's south-facing front courtyard is ideal for a sunny coffee and the papers, whilst the enclosed rear garden, rich in colour, has a lovely view across to Wighton Church.
In a quiet position back from the road, it is a stroll to Great Walsingham's award-winning pie shop and café, two village pubs and the farm shop. The coastal resort of Wells-next-the-Sea with its independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, fabulous Quay and stunning beach is just a few minutes' drive away.
Cog Cottage has two adult mountain bikes, which you are welcome to use at your own risk. Please wear the adjustable bicycle helmets provided. There is also plenty of room in the store for you to bring up to four of your own bicycles.
