The apartment consists of living room-kitchen with sofa bed, single bedroom, double bedroom, garage and parking space. Located in a quiet and green residential area, not far from the center. In the immediate vicinity there is the Florida Fitness swimming pool / gym which in summer can become an excellent place to take a break between the various cultural visits. As additional security, it is equipped with a latest generation alarm system.
