No. 4 Friars Walk is a modern 2 bedroom end of terrace property, located in a quiet residential street less than half a mile from Sittingbourne town centre and railway station. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has the added benefit of off road parking too.
On the first floor of the house, there is one double bedroom with TV and an en-suite shower/wc, a 2nd double bedroom and a main bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious lounge/dining room at the front of the house with a sofa, circular dining table with 4 chairs and flat screen TV. There is a ground floor wc too.
From the lounge, the door leads, via the hallway, through to the fully-fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washer/dryer.
A door from the kitchen leads out to the rear patio area with a small table and 2 chairs.
There is a small local supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the house and the town centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants including the new entertainment centre, is 10 minutes' walk away.
This house makes an excellent base for both families and business people. It's central location makes it very convenient for all local amenities.

Children and infants welcome - we can provide a cot and high chair for a small extra charge.
*Well behaved pets are welcome to stay but please advise us in advance. An extra £5 per night is charged for a booking including a pet to cover extra cleaning charges*
