This exquisite cottage rests in Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Rockwood is a wondrous property resting in the village of Drewsteignton in Devon. There are two zip/link king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, as well as there being a ground-floor bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep four people. The cottage is also home to a kitchen/diner, utility, and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking as well as a car park are available. Rookwood is the ideal property from which to explore the Dartmoor National Park with your loved ones.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating and woodburning stove. Electric Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available upon request. Steep uneven stairs with handrail. Roadside parking (not designated) and village car park available. Enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub approx 350 yards, shopping and further pubs in nearby Chagford (3.6miles). Note: An additional table can be supplied for guests during the Christmas period. Note: Property will be decorated for Christmas
