Kurzurlaub mit Meerblick
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und entsprach in allen Punkten den Angaben. Antonio hat uns sehr nett empfangen und gute Tips gegeben. Praktisch war außerdem der Parkplatz in der Garage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Meer und Urbanität
Gute Lage mit Blick auf den fantastischen breite Strand von Conil, die Wohnung ist gut sortiert, gemütlich,eine grosse Küche und ein grosser Balkon....nur ein paar Schritte in Conils Altstadt. Wunderbar.Ausserdem gibt es einen sicheren Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Auszeit in Top-Lage am Meer
Wir haben trotz für andalusische Verhältnisse mäßigem Wetter eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser für 2 bis 4 Personen sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und hat einen Balkon zum Meer. Der Verkehrslärm war gering und ab ca. 22 Uhr komplett verschwunden, so dass man eine ruhige Nacht hatte.Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man wirklich kochen kann, nur ein Backofen war nicht dabei. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum und dank Stellplatz in der Garage mit dem Auto schnell in die Umgebung gestartet. Tagesausflugsziele gibt es reichlich. Conil ist ein netter Ort und perfekt auch für lange Strandsdspaziergänge. Die Anmietung, Schlüsselübergabe und das Auschecken liefen professionell und entspannt ab. Nur die Rückerstattung der Kaution fand sich auf unsererem Kreditkartenkonto erst einige Tage nach der Ankündigung ein, was aber wohl an FeWo oder Mastercard liegen dürfte. Unterm Strich sehr empfehlenswert .

Großartige Wohnung in erster reihe zum Strand
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und enthält alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Balkon war trotz der direkten Ausrichtung zum Meer recht Windgeschützt. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Lovely well-located, comfortable apartment with balcony and a great view
The apartment is in a great location overlooking the beach and less than ten minutes walk from the centre of Conil. There are many bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket (a SuperSol) is just eight minutes’ walk away. When we stayed, there was ample parking by the promenade immediately below the apartment. It has a nice bright living room with patio doors opening onto a lovely balcony. The balcony itself is easily big enough to eat on and relax on, and offers a good view of the sunset. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with washing machine, dishwater, and (for those from the British Isles) a kettle. There are two well sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. Both have good storage space. Big windows open onto the terrace from the main bedroom. The quality of the beds is very good. The shower room is excellent and includes a great pressure shower. Off the bathroom is a small patio for drying laundry. All in all this is a bright and airy and comfortable flat which we would thoroughly recommend.

Apartamento perfecto para unas excelentes vacaciones
Acabamos de pasar 15 días de vacaciones perfectos, en los cuales la elección del apartamento ha sido fundamiental. Excelente ubicación, a pocos metros de la playa y céntrico, aunque lejos de los ruidos de la juerga. El apartamento está mejor de lo se ve en la fotos, limpio y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para el día a día y más. Una terraza espectacular donde desayunar/ comer mirando al mar. Tiene una plaza de garaje amplia y con buena maniobra, fundamental porque es muy complicado aparcar en la calle sin pasar por el impuesto de la hora. Sólo pequeños peros como el subir/ bajar 2 plantas por escaleras o algún vecino ruidoso moviendo muebles, pero insignificantes comparados con todo lo positivo que me llevo. En fin, si tengo oportunidad espero repetir y doy mi máxima recomendación al que quiera disfrutar la maravilla de Conil.

Toll ausgestattet und beste Lage!
Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist Top! Alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht. Einstellplatz in der Tiefgarage inclusive! Die Betten sind prima, Internet, TV - alles lief. Die herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar!

Idílicas vacaciones en Conil
Magnífica estancia en este piso con unas vistas realmente preciosas de la playa y puestas de sol. Tiene todo lo necesario para encontrarte como en casa, muy cómodo y limpio. Antonio el anfitrión muy amable, cercano y preocupado en todo momento por que nos encontrásemos bien en su piso. Esta súper bien ubicado estando cerca de todos los bares, restaurantes, etc pero a la vez fuera de los ruidos. Y si encima dispones de aparcamiento es lo mejor de lo mejor ya que aparcar en el centro de Conil es cada vez más complicado en estos meses. 100% recomendable. Volveremos seguro!!!

piso acogedor y cómodo
Apartamento cómodo,acogedor, y limpio. Los colchones y almohadas son cómodos, es un apartamento fresco y para los días de mucho calor tiene ventiladores de techo que se agradecen un montón. Amplia plaza de garaje que viene estupendamente porque en Conil es difícil encontrar aparcamiento. Lo mejor del apartamento es la preciosa terraza con vistas al mar para desayunar y cenar, pero no siempre porque no te puedes perder el tapeo de Conil, hay una gran oferta de bares y restaurantes para elegir. La playa sólo hay que cruzar y ya estás, pero te recomiendo que cojas el coche para conocer las preciosas playas y pueblos blancos que hay por esta zona. Apartamento recomendable cien por cien. Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa.

Precioso apartamento a pie de playa
Un cuidado apartamento al que no le falta detalle. Es como si estuvieras en tu hogar. Situado en una zona privilegiada a un paso del centro del pueblo, y en primera línea de mar para disfrutar de la belleza de las bonitas e inmensas playas de Conil. Antonio super amable y atento antes y durante nuestra estancia. Se preocupo porque todo estuviera correcto. Super Lage! Gute Ausstattung!
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts. Jeden Abend haben wir auf dem großen Balkon den Sonnenuntergang genossen und auch morgens dort gefrühstückt. Ein Auto braucht man nicht, denn alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, vor allem der wunderbare Strand. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Conil und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen! A great position overlooking the beach. Very well equipped and furnished with a lovely balcony.
Antonio, the owner, met us on our arrival and guided us to the secure underground garage. He then showed us round the property and demonstrated the various appliances. A great place to stay for a relaxed week. Conil is a maze of small streets with lots of bars and places to dine. You have to carry your bags down two flights of stairs which is not a real problem. The satellite was programmed to German tv. Again , no real problem.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for the beach
The apartment is situated about 5 minutes stroll from the bars and shops, the large balcony looks out over the beach. It's a perfect spot to watch the sun go down before a short walk for a drink and something to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and there is a parking space in the basement. We had a lovely week there in late March early April, I will definitely be going back.

Schöne Fewo mit tollem Blick auf den Atlantik
Obwohl wir als Gäste die spanische Sprache nicht beherrschen und umgekehrt weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen, klappte die Kommunikation hervorragend und ausgesprochen unkompliziert sowie unbürokratisch ! Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung entspricht der vorgefundenen Realität. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden gern wieder kommen.

Strandnahe Ferienwohnung
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht voll der Realität. Gute Lage, guter Ausblick, die Wohnung ist gepflegt. Ideal ist auch die hauseigene Tiefgarage. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde die Anlage gestrichen, d. h. wir hatten fast täglich zwei Maler, die mit Hubbühne ab 7:30 in unserem Sichtfeld arbeiteten.

Apartment with fabulous views
This was not a particularly easy apartment to book and find, as the owner does not speak English and we don't speak Spanish (well, only about 10 words!), but it was certainly worth the effort. The apartment has everything you could wish for including the most stunning balcony, which I had to be dragged away from; I could have spent the rest of my life happily sitting there watching the sea and the world go by. Conil is a lovely unspoiled little town with good places to shop and eat. If you aren't a surfer and want to swim in calm water, I recommend the beach at Los Canos de Meca, by the Trafalgar lighthouse.
