The house is a sanctuary within Edinburgh (just 8 minutes drive to West End) with an enormous garden with fruit trees, occasional deer, overlooking a golf course and opposite a Castle! House has been recently renovated & comprises 4 bedrooms, open plan kitchen- living room with glass doors to garden, 2nd living room/ playroom, 3 beautiful bathrooms, separate utility. Parking in driveway for 6 cars, close to bus stops, supermarket & coffee shop. 2km to Cramond sandy beach and 6km to Edinburgh city centre. We hope you love it.

Newly refurbished detached house with new kitchen, bathrooms with underfloor heating, oak floors. Huge garden which backs onto a golf course. Peaceful setting, close to beach & historic castle yet so close to Edinburgh town centre. Good transport links & close to airport too.
