Close to the most iconic places in the city. This place is perfect for families with kids. Please consider that visitors or changing guests during the stay is not allowed.

This two bedroom apartment is completely independent, you will not share it with anyone. It has a queen-size bed in the main room, one double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, one single bed and also a very confortable single bed under it in the living room. All bathrooms are completely equipped as well as the kitchen. You will find a fridge, microwave, blender, crockery, pots and cutlery. If you come with a baby please let me know and we will provide a baby crib. There is also free parking if you bring your vehicle. The building has 24 hours concierge/security service.

You will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna of the building. There is free parking and exclusive WiFi for the apartment.

You will find some water at the fridge, coffee, soap and toilet paper for one day. Once you have settled in the apartment, you can do your shopping.

If you need additional cleaning services please inform, there is an extra charge of $15 USD.

If you need parking, you must inform before your arrival. It has no additional cost.

The building offers a luggage storage service, which costs 5,000 COP (1.5 USD) for up to five (5) suitcases, and 10,000 COP (2.5 USD) for up to ten (10) suitcases.

When arrival, all guests must show their ID at the front desk of the building and pay 10.000 COP (around $2.5 USD) per person as this building is located in a touristic area. This has to be paid just once. Change or adding guests during the stay is not allowed.

In the event that guests arrive at different times, it is necessary to notify this at least one (1) day prior to the initial reservation date and provide the names, ID, and estimated arrival date for each person.
