The cottage, a former farm on "Nørreballe Nor", dates from 1835. It has charm and charm with its small windows, slightly lower room height, the visible half-timbered house inside and outside and the fireplace. Lovely renovated with respect for the original, but with modern "aids" such as dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove with ceramic hob, electric heating and a washing machine. A good mix of old and new.

The house has 86 m² living space. These are divided into laundry room, bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink and closet), small entrance area, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. In addition, the living room with fireplace and exit to the garden and a small corridor with doors to the two bedrooms. One has a bed of 140 x 200 cm and a wardrobe and space for a cot / extra bed, the other two single beds.

Behind the house is a large fenced garden with terrace, garden furniture, fireplace, various fruit trees and shrubs and plenty of space to play, upstairs or just to enjoy.
