This bright flat is located on the second floor of the building. It has a narrow staircase.
The flat is designed with a lovely open space, a fully equipped washer and oven with microwave, an open-plan kitchen, and a living room with beautiful exposed brick walls and an old fireplace.
There is a library and a digital entertainment corner with complimentary Netflix U. You can watch all your favourite channels, such as BBC, Channel 4, ATV, etc., which can be streamed on a large flat-screen TV.
The quiet bedroom is accessed through a sliding door with a beautiful garden view. It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite shower room.
We provide clean towels and fresh linen.
Complimentary Fibre-Optic High-Speed Internet.
European and USB power plugs are available. Complementary tea and coffee are available—we do not offer perishable food like milk, butter, etc.
The flat is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Caledonian Road is a very old street. The house that you are in was built circa 1890 (same period as the Tower Bridge). The road is between the stylish, new Kings Cross area with its brand new Coal Drops Yard, hip restaurants, Arts and Fashion school, and the canal (10 mins walk), and the beautiful Upper Street (Angel) with its unique restaurants, pubs, small shops, and urban lifestyle (12 min walk). The “Cally” remains to be a working-class street with its Pawn shops, Graffiti, and cheap restaurants, even though merely a stone throw away from London’s greatest neighbourhoods.
Kings Cross and Angel:
Walk only 10mins to Kings Cross' Granary Square and 15 minutes to Kings Cross & St. Pancras stations (with Piccadilly, Northern, Hammersmith/City, Circle, and Victoria underground lines, Eurostar to Paris, and other rail services) and 15 minutes to Angel tube station. Double-deck buses 17, 91(N), 259, and 274 are about 100m from the flat and will get you into Camden, the British Museum, etc.
To Airports:
- Gatwick: 48mins from Kings Cross with Thameslink train (ca 12 GBP)
- Stansted: 70mins with Victoria line to Tottenham Court Road and then Stansted Express (book way in advance to get cheap tickets), or Easybus from Old Street,
- Heathrow: 54 minutes with Heathrow Express from Paddington or 80mins with Piccadilly line from Kings Cross (5 GBP)
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
