The house has two completely separate floors with different entrances. .The floor that is rented is the ground floor. The owners live on the first floor.
The garden space and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. Our rural house is located very close to the city of Girona, 5 km away. and the Costa Brava at 30 kl. It has capacity for 6/10 people. Its exterior and interior are prepared so that you have a very good and comfortable experience. There is wifi throughout the house.
2 double bedrooms with large single beds that can be put together. For 4 people. 2 sofa beds located in the main living room. For 2 persons.
1 Suite with toilet and shower and a small kitchen, with two single beds and two other bunk beds.
40 m2 living room with fireplace and wood stove and 30 m2 dining room with table for 10 people.
Very spacious kitchen with everything you need.
1 WC with shower. and another toilet
There is air conditioning in the common areas and heating throughout the house.

Lovely villa close to Girona
We had a great time at this villa. The location is very handy for both Girona city centre and the aiport but nevertheless has a countryside feel. The host, who lives in the apartment above, is very considerate. The pool and other amenities on site are very good. Highly recommended.

We have absolutely loved our stay. Enjoyed every minute. Spacious accommodation with a big swiming pool and large private garden. Our dog had plenty space to run and he looked very happy. It was also a great pleasure to meet the owners who are fantastic hosts and a super lovely familly

Very nice location for road cycling. Well equipment kichen, friendly and helpful host. Everything was functioning and nothing was broken. Very clean. Special thanks for having best help for transportation. Five stars!

Propietario muy amable y atento
Un buen lugar desde el que acercarse a conocer la zona, que tiene muchas posibilidades, La casa es tranquila, bonita, y está bien equipada. Sólo añadir que la tercera habitación está en una zona entre las dos habitaciones y los baños, pero no es una estancia cerrada en sí misma. Es decir, se pasa por ella para llegar a las dos habitaciones y a los baños. Nosotros nos hemos arreglado bien con los niños durmiendo allí y no ha sido mucho inconveniente, pero creo puede ser importante para otros clientes. Nos hemos sentido muy acogidos y el propietario nos ha solventado pequeñas necesidades que nos han surgido. Gracias!!
