Aegean 215 – Updated Condo with Private Balcony & Beach Access

There is ongoing construction occurring at the Aegean through 2025. Due to the construction on this unit being completed, there should be minimal disturbances. The walkway between Building 2 and the pool will be shut down during the work on that side of the building. There is fencing up between Building #1 and Building #2. Please be advised that your party will need to go around the work being done. Please be advised, property is under construction until 2025. Pool will be closed until March.

Unit 215 at the Aegean is a beautiful and updated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that is sure the make your vacation a great one. The Aegean is located on the exclusive Holiday Isle and has amenities including Tennis Courts, Shuffle Board, Pool, Gazebo with Gas Grills, and beautiful white sand beaches over looking the clear green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This newly renovated unit features a King in the Master Bedroom, Queen in the Guest Bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. This unit features granite countertops, Dining Room seating for 6, and tables and chairs on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beaches.

Amenities included with your stay include:
- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary half-day deep-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary Snorkel tour per unit, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary adult fare aboard the Sea Blaster per unit, per paid night stay.

Back to the Future

Overall the space is great. Now let’s talk about the unit. It hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. The pull out sleeper springs are broken. The couch maybe from the 70’s and has food stains on it. We sat on the couch and fell straight through to the floor. We had to put the sleeper sofa bed on the floor since the springs were useless. Don’t count on this as part of the sleeping arrangements. The shower curtain had mold and dried booger’s on it. The management staff was helpful but the sleeper sofa wasn’t fixed. The owners of the unit need to take ownership and upgrade the unit. The second bedroom bed is at its end of life.

Air Conditioning Nightmare

Property was beautiful! Amenities were wonderful! HOWEVER, I do strongly feel we should receive a credit for having to go without electricity and more importantly AIR CONDITIONING for more than 24 hours! We were told it would be a few hours and a few hours turned into more like 30 hours + And the property manager at the Aegean was very rude when I asked about this! Chased out early

We enjoyed the condo. However, our issue is with the property managers. Several lights were burned out without available replacements, and the cable box had to keep being unplugged and rebooted. These were minor inconveniences but support our criticism of the property managers. Customer service from the first call to inquire about reservation details was mediocre at best. Check out time was listed as 10:00AM. The cleaning crew was banging on the door at 7:50AM and then stood outside until we rushed out. We had to maneuver our luggage around their supplies. Luckily, we were awake and just about ready. If we had been asleep, on a morning beach walk, or at breakfast, I'm certain they would have let themselves in! What a way to end the week!
