Discover this cosy and completely refurbished flat, located just a few metres from the beach!

It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition to a living room, open kitchen and a furnished outdoor balcony to enjoy any outdoor meal.The flat is located on the ground floor, so it has easy access from the street. Only the dining room has air conditioning, but thanks to the size of the flat this makes it more than enough to cool the whole flat and keep it at a pleasant temperature during the hottest days.

The location of the flat is excellent, as it is very close to all kinds of services. The train station is 400 metres away and it is practically unnecessary to use a car.

Cozy apartment.
