Welcome to recreation paradise in the mountains: skiing, biking, stand up paddleboarding, fly fishing, and amazing hiking trails right out your door. At the end of the day, get ready for just chilling by the fireplace.

Located in Beaver Creek West in the heart of downtown Avon on Nottingham Lake. Heated pool, three hot tubs, sauna and tennis courts. Easy walk to restaurants and recreational opportunities. Minutes to Eagle River for fly fishing (condo includes waders), paddleboarding on the lake, world class hiking, two lap pools nearby. Even frisbee golf. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek or Vail for skiing in the winter. Easy access to DIA and Eagle County airport.

The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill. The living area is spacious and perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are far enough from the common area that folks can turn in early or sleep in late without being disturbed by the rest of the group. New high thread count linens and fluffy towels. Double bed pull-out couch in the living room. High speed internet, HD cable, all channels (HBO, etc.) and DVD player.

Great Place to stay to ski Beavercreek and Vail

Loved the place. Shuttle is right outside unit and an easy ride to the Westin to get skiing. Bedrooms are separated from Family Room and Kitchen so late nighters never bothered sleepers. Master bedroom was nice and large. Two other bedrooms were smaller and cramped but no big deal. Kitchen was well equipped. Wood burning fireplace was a bonus that we used every night. Wifi worked great. The hottub is about 50 yards away and can get crowded around 3-5 pm on snow days.

Wonderful stay

The condo was exactly as described. It was very cozy and actually seemed a lot bigger than we expected. Kristin was very helpful with all of my questions before I arrived and very communicative if I had any questions after we checked in. She also provided some restaurant recommendations that were very helpful. The location is awesome. The shuttle to take you to the Westin stops right outside the condo. We skied three days at Beaver Creek and one at Vail. I loved that the condo seemed like they actually use it and really enjoy it. They had a lot of nice family pictures in it and the kitchen had everything we needed including a lot of spices. We mostly ate out, but ate breakfast in.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and the home was perfect for our family - my husband and I and our 4 teenagers! It was very close to the shuttle stop to catch a ride to Beaver Creek & the center of Avon and a quick walk to the Gondola for quick access to Bachelor Gulch. We cooked in every night except for one night when we picked up a ready made dinner at Northside (1 mile up the road). The home was spacious and offered everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great family trip condo

We really enjoyed the location near Nottingham Lake, sat by the lake and our adult kids rented paddle boards. Also appreciated the comfy beds, extra pillows, fans, kitchen appliances and spices. We cooked many times during our week long trip. Balcony is wonderful for reading a book or morning coffee. Hope to return!

Excellent location - beautiful condo

Owners were very helpful. Sent an email with all the information we would need about the condo and area. When we had a question, they answered immediately. Condo was perfect for our family of eight: Parents, son and daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law and their two children. Convenient to bus stops to get to ski lifts, Restaurants, library, rec center with indoor pool. We could even walk to the grocery store, but it was a little further. Condo was very well-stocked with everything you would need to cook - more pots and pans than I own at home. Firewood was even provided, as well as humidifiers. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great Girls Weekend in Avon

Nice design. Comfortable.

The condo worked out well for us. The design was such that the bedrooms are in the back and so even though you have many people it is not loud for those trying to sleep. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. Nice fireplace. Bus service free most days to Vail available. Towels linens etc. were all adequate even for a group of eight. The added large beach towels were nice.

Two weeks of great skiing in Beavercreek

We hosted family and friends for over two weeks this March and could not have fallen into a better rental than Kristen’s condo at Beavercreek West in Avon. The unit is within easy walking distance of restaurants, rental shops, grocery and retail. If the weather is inclement there are buses that operate to every part of town and are quite frequent. As for access to the ski slopes the complex provides shuttle service to the Westin for the Batchelor Gulch side of Beavercreek and service to Vail. Both are super handy. The complex also offers a nice heated pool, hot tubs and sauna. All of which are well maintained. Kristen’s condo is as advertised....very well stocked, great layout and very comfortable. We loved the wood burning fireplace and each bedroom having its own bathroom. However the best part is working with Kristen. She is very quick to respond to inquiries before and during the rental. I know how hard that can be when you work. Thus I appreciated the effort she made and how seamlessly everything went. We will definitely make this a “go to” for trips to Vail Beavercreek.

Wonderful property in a great location!!

Beautiful, roomy condo in the great location of Avon. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4. Kitchen, bathrooms, and den were beautiful along with a great outdoor porch. We loved it, and will stay here any chance we get. The managers of the property are accessible and most helpful. Wonderful hot tub and pool with great showers and changing areas. Can’t wait to return!!

Wonderful place to stay for a family!

We have older kids 16, 18, 21, 24 married couple. This place was pefect with all the beds and seperate bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, the place was warm and inviting and we could do laundry. Bedding and beds were great and comfy. Nice towels too. The lake is close with super fun activities try the SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board Polo). We'd definetly go again! The oweners were super great to work with and answerd all our questions right away.

We had been on the lookout for a place in the Vail Valley for quite a while and fell in love with Beaver Creek West for its wonderful location in the heart of Avon and its many amenities. We love coming in for a weekend or a week and parking our car and heading everywhere on foot, shuttle or bike from there.
