The house is quiet and is located in a well-equipped area not far from the center of Bologna (15 min by bus).
It has a large eat-in kitchen, equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is equipped with hairdryer and washing machine.
The bedroom has two beds which can be joined or separated if necessary. It also has a large wardrobe with hangers and blankets available for guests. In addition there is a self-inflating bed suitable for children up to 4 years.
The lounge has a large and comfortable sofa bed. The TV has Netflix and there is free WiFi.
Parking is easily found on the street and is free but not guaranteed. However there is a large free parking area a few minutes walk from the house (Largo Lercaro).
The bus stop is a few meters away and there are various lines that lead to the city center and the station.
The area is well-stocked with shops, bars and pizzerias. In addition there is a PAM supermarket and a pastry shop a few meters from the house.
For sports enthusiasts there is a large green area (Giardino Lunetta Gamberini) equipped with basketball and football fields.
Sant’Orsola Hospital and Bellaria Hospital are easily accessible, both by car and by bus.
