Very nice newly refurbished ground floor apartment in the complex called Residential Teguisol. The apartment has 49 m2 built plus 13 m2 terrace with pleasant views over the communal gardens and an extra exit from the terrace to the garden and children playground. Nice fully equipped kitchen, sofa/bed in the lounge, a bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm. and a dressing. The apartment is fully equipped, Satellite TV, fiber Wifi. Bathroom with a shower, wc and washing machine.
