Very nice and sunny top floor apartment (2nd floor) in the complex called Residential Teguisol. The apartment has 49 m2 built plus very sunny terraces of 50 m2 (with an extra shower on the terrace) in all with nice open views over the sea from each room, incl. bathroom. Nice modern fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, sofa/bed in the lounge, a bedroom en suite with a double bed (160 cm) and fitted wardrobes.
The apartment is fully equipped, Satellite TV, Wifi. Bathroom with a shower and wc. Air conditioning.
Free communal parking.
This newly refurbished apartment is situated in Costa Teguise, 5 min walking distance from the beach, close to the capital and only 15 minutes by car from the airport. One of the great appeals of Costa Teguise is its recreational facilities which run from a large variety of water activities to a golf course and water park. You’ll find several windsurfing schools along the Cucharas Beach, Los Charcos beach is only 5 minutes by walk away from the apartment, Pueblo Marinero is situated at 15 min walking distance from our residence.
