About this property
Newquay - Easy walk to local beaches and parking
We look forward to welcoming you to our 3 storey town house with fantastic access to all of Newquay's best bits. A five minute stroll to the centre of town (pubs, restaurants, cinema and shops) and an easy walk to Fistral, Towan, Tolcarne, Great Western and Harbour beaches. There is a beautiful walk to beautiful Crantock beach if you time the tides correctly. The golf course is 5 minutes walk away and the zoo, trampoline park, boating lake and Water World can all be reached on foot.
The space
This is a deceptively large space with 5 bedrooms spread over the top 2 floors. The house can sleep 10 as a mixture of adults and children and is dog friendly (for well-behaved pooches). Downstairs there are two reception rooms (one of which has a sofa bed) and a large modern kitchen crammed with all the mod cons (induction hob, full larder fridge and freezer, wine fridge etc). The washing machine and tumble dryer ensure that swimsuits and beach clothes are sorted in a flash and the large extendable kitchen table means there is a great social area to sit and plan your next Cornish adventure.
The living room is a nice place to chill out and the house is supplied with a full satellite TV package. Superfast Fibre Broadband is provided and we can guarantee this is teenager proof!
The first floor bathroom has a separate shower and a bath for young children (or even if you fancy a relaxing soak).
A great selling point of the property is the off-street parking for 2 cars (essential in the summer months). Once you have parked up, there isn't really and need to get in the car again as there are easy walks to the local shops, restaurants and beaches. Sainsburys is a short walk and there are coffee shops and breakfast spots no more than 10 minutes away. Please let us know if you need any advice on where to go - we have been living in this wonderful town for 12 years.
There is an enclosed rear courtyard accessed with a keypad from the parking area. This has outdoor seating, bbq etc - a nice spot to unwind at the end of the day.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property except for the rear annexe area which will remain locked throughout your stay. Keys will be provided for the front and back doors.
