The accommodation is on the first floor, 107 sq m, consisting of large open space with living room and kitchen (65 sq m), two bathrooms and two bedrooms, large terrace (57 sq m).

Incredible views from this modern apartment
I can’t say enough for this apartment. Bedrooms and living room/kitchen combo have incredible views of the lake and the mountains. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, and shops. A small rocky beach is just across the bicycle/walking path. This would be my first choice if I have the opportunity to return to Lake Garuda.

Eine Woche mit Hund im oberen Teil des Hauses mit traumhaften Blick auf den See, perfekt.Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, Tommaso stand am Tor, ( er hat sogar geholfen die Koffer hoch zutragen Ich kann nur die anderen Kommentare bestätigen, die von Tommaso empfohlenen Restaurants sind z.T. zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten sehr leckeres Essen an. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt , wie gesagt : alles perfekt, unbedingt zu empfehlen. Parkplatz vor der Tür, Gassirunde vor der Tür, Uferweg vor der Tür, Baden vor der Tür. Vielen lieben Dank

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im Oktober
Wir haben als Familie mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter und unserem Hund einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt im noch sehr sonnigen Oktober in der Casa Clima Gold Villa verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tommaso ist ein äußerst sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Objekt ist genau wie beschrieben, bestens ausgestattet und lädt zum relaxen ein. Da im Oktober auch die in der Hauptsaison sehr stark frequentierten Städte Malcesine, Riva, Tori del Benaco einmal ohne Hektik und Stress zu besichtigen waren, haben wir die schöne Architektur und geschichtsträchtigen Orte besucht, man kann aber auch direkt vom Objekt aus Wandern, Fahrradfahren, Schwimmen und Wassersport betreiben. Brenzone del Garda ist fußläufig erreichbar hat einen niedlichen kleiner Hafen mit bunten Booten und dort gibt es sehr viele gute Restaurants, welche Tommaso in einer Liste beim Check-In empfiehlt. Alles in allem: Es war einer unserer besten Aufenthalte und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Panoramablick
Sehr modern und großzügig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit dem wundervollsten Ausblick den wir je genossen haben. Diese Wohnung im ersten Stock (im Erdgeschoss wohnen die Eltern des Vermieters), bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht: in der Küche ist alles vorhanden (nicht nur der übliche Standart sondern auch Backformen, sämtliche Putzutensilien, Geschirrspüler samt Tabs) und auch die Waschmaschine bietet bei einem längeren Aufenthalt Freude :-) Für mich das absolute Higlight: morgens im Bett wach zu werden und direkt auf den See zu blicken, die Sonne bescheint die Berge am anderen Ufer und mit einem wohligen Seufzen startet man perfekt in den Tag! Zu unserer Zeit war das Wetter nicht immer perfekt, in dieser Unkunft kein Problem... vom Esstisch auf den See zu blicken, es reicht um das Feeling des Gardasees zu spüren. Einen Kritikpunkt müssen wir jedoch äußern: Tommaso sollte über die weißen sehr günstig und abgewohnt aussehenden Plastikmöbel auf der Terasse nachdenken - diese sind wirklich nicht schön und passen nicht in das Ambiente..... Aber: wir waren sehr happy und haben eine unglaublich schöne Zeit verbracht - eine klare Empfehlung von uns!!!

Der Gardasee aus nächster Nähe
Näher dran geht nicht... Für alle die, die es gern direkt und unmittelbar haben wollen, ist das die richtige Unterkunft. Auch vom Bett kann man direkt auf den See blicken. Überhaupt hat man aufgrund der bodentiefen Schiebetüren auch innen das Gefühl, draußen zu sein. Das Objekt hat einen Balkon über Eck, so dass man selbst bei Nordwind die Sonne unbeschwert genießen kann. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, unkompliziert und hilft, falls doch etwas fehlen sollte. Tommaso spricht super Deutsch und hat uns tolle Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Von uns gibt es deshalb insgesamt 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Tommaso!

Wunderschöne Sicht auf den See
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns zahlreiche Tipps zur Umgebung. Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Ufer, man kann direkt vor der Haustür auf einen langen Fußgängerweg loslaufen.
