Excellent Location and Family Home
We had an amazing week in the gorgeous Newquay.
We travelled as a family group of 5 adults, 3 teens and 1 child. There was plenty of room in the house for us all and the kitchen is a fantastic entertaining space with bifold doors onto the patio area. This is the space we used the most!
The property has a perfect location, right in the centre of Newquay and walking distance to everything we needed. There is 1 parking space outside the house So we had to use the car park opposite for the other car.
We all noticed the property just feels a little unfinished, jobs have been started on renovating but just not finished off, what has been done is to a good standard but just needs finished.
The house definitely needs a good clean or more attention to detail as to where is being cleaned. There was lots of dust around, mostly on things that are not used very often like ironing boards, We cleaned out the freezer before using it for the kids ice lollies. Everything needs pulled out and scrubbed. As a group we’re very fussy with cleanliness so this could just be us.
The beds are comfy but could do with extra pillows for guests to use, the ones there now are not much use.
Communication with the own was brilliant, nothing was a problem and very helpful both before and during our stay.
All in all we had a brilliant week enjoying the waves in Newquay and would love to return.
