Great location

This is a great location. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and easy access by car or foot to all of the local attractions and dining.

Overall this place was a good stay, minutes walk to the beach, heated pool, etc. The house is clean but a little on the older side. We found ants crawling through the drawers in the nightstand.

Wonderful time! Great family vacation.

Went during Christmas break. The condo was beautifully decorated, updated, and clean. Heated pool was open and a major reason we stayed here. Grounds were immaculate. Beach access across the road was another reason and a real gem. Restaurants in walking distance. Outdoor grill and picnic space was very useful for those nights we ate in. Everyone was polite and friendly. Affordable and really a bargain in the off-season. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Good location

I really enjoyed my stay it was just across the street from the beach. My only issue is parking that even if you get 2 passes if some one else takes your space you have to park by the tennis courts and walk and with 3 kids I was not a big fan of never having a parking in the front. It should atleast be one per unit and the guest can park to the side. Other than that little issue the place is comfy and nice to stay at.

Nice Place But…

A lot of sand on floors on arrival. Sliding Glass Door unlocks itself when windy. Toilet in Master Bedroom handle sticks and water continues to run. Guest Bathroom tub faucet or shower head drips.

Listing said there was an umbrella as complimentary items but no umbrella on premises Cleaning people too pushy and very disrespectful opening doors without knocking Code for entering beach not send through email with other information. Alexa was giving wrong codes. Code to enter condo was innacurate

Upon arrival had poor communication did have the security code. Called customers service she was very rude. I put in code about one minute earlier could not get in. Called customers service again too get a new code she was rude again. Finally got in.The next morning I woke up to loud noises. There was construction going on next door.

Family vacation

Overall I would recommend this condo. The price was excellent. The location was pretty good. It was a short walk to the beach. It had everything that we needed. There were even kids plates and utensils for my granddaughter. One morning I was packing up our lunch for the beach and I realized I had forgotten plastic containers. I opened the cabinet and there was a stack of them. The only problem we had is that the floors were dirty. They weren’t visibly dirty but the bottoms of our feet would get black. I didn’t call the housekeeping number about it because I didn’t realize it until we had been there longer than three hours. You are supposed to notify them within three hours if there are any problems. We decided to just roll with it. We wore socks and wiped my granddaughters feet off a lot. The tile floors are kinda slippery with socks or shoes on so we had to let her go barefoot.

Chateau LaMer Bacation

We have stayed at Chateau LaMer for many years and this was our first visit staying at a different condo, in prior years we stayed at the same condo and we were very pleased with this rental. It is close to the beach and yet allows some quiet time or time at the pool while still having plenty of space in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Location is very quiet and relaxing, my daughter enjoyed it very much and I am sure we will be visiting again soon.

4 stars. Needs some updating.

The dishwasher did not work. Also the main toilet handle broke. The porch furniture needed cleaned. Wish the ice machine was turned on when we got there. Nice overall. Friendly place. Nice to have our dogs with us.
