WINNER ZOOVER GOLD AWARD
The layout consists of a spacious living room, an open kitchen and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bathroom cabinet with a wash basin and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa, built on a private property of approx. 2000 m2, has a beautiful flowered tropical garden with a beautiful large swimming pool and lots of privacy. On the partly covered terrace you can relax under calmly colored umbrellas from comfortable loungers or the lounge set, relax and enjoy the truly magnificent view of the beach and Bali sea.
You rent the villa in its entirety, so it does not matter if you come with 2 or 8 people. There are no other guests. Our permanent staff (included in the rent) consists of two housekeepers (depending on the number of guests), a gardener and a security guard. The service of the employees is included in the price.
The housekeepers (pembantu's) will cook for you 6 days a week, keep the villa clean, make the beds and take care of your daily groceries. They can even do your laundry and ironing, even if it is for your own risk. The maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool is entrusted to our regular gardener. The security guard keeps an eye on things in the evening and at night, protects the guests and the villa and is, if necessary, a point of contact during those hours.
We make use of our Helpdesk located near the villa, which can offer you all the necessary support and service when needed. One of the members of the staff will visit you after your arrival and they can also provide transportation to and from the villa, from the airport or any other location in Bali. The Helpdesk also provides day-to-day transport on demand and can arrange tourist trips on its own.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are sufficiently present and included in the price. The villa has a fast fiber optic connection with free wireless internet.
All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioners. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds with mosquito net. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, also with mosquito net.
In the garden, near the beach is at the end of the terrace / swimming pool a so-called Balé Benong (rest house with thatched roof, a large mattress, cushions and around rollable lined bamboo wind and sunscreens). From this place you can enjoy a wonderful massage (Wellness at home), an unobstructed view over the beach, the Bali sea and regularly the activities of local fishermen with their characteristic boats.
After your arrival you will be offered a free welcome dinner, as well as a breakfast the next morning.
Smoking in the villa is not allowed. We would like to keep the villa smoke-free for guests who do not like it. But you can do that outside on the (covered) terrace.

Why they chose this property
We have long searched for a suitable place, but here in Bali everything came together: A beautiful location, plenty of culture and sights and above all friendly people. All seasons beautiful weather (average 30 ° C), a location right on the beach and sea and with a beautiful tropical garden. We think it's very nice to be able to share our "Bali Feeling" with the guests of our villa. Selamat Datang di rumah kami (Welcome to our house).
What makes this property unique
Despite its young existence, this holiday villa by making conscious, especially practical choices in the construction and fitting, we received very quick the Zoover Highly Recommandation 2013, the Zoover Winner Award in 2014 and recently received the Zoover GOLD Award in 2015 (5th in the category villas all over Indonesia). An excellent result that is not in the least place was for the committed service and cooking of the permanent employees. Villa Cerah with wonderful reviews rewarded by a multitude of enthusiastic and international guests.
The villa is very conscious designed with a living room and an open kitchen. The four air-conditioned bedrooms have for your privacy each its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a choice made for a practical design that fits the authentic Bali. Some of the furniture is therefore made of bamboo, which is highly appreciated by the guests and the increase in their holiday feeling. Beds have a mosquito net, so you may or may not be free to use the air conditioning.
In an all seasons average temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius you live mostly outdoors. And that is where the emphasis is on at Villa Cerah with a comfortable lounge set under the roof to relax in and a large 8-seater outdoor table to enjoy and your meals served. For sun worshipers, there is the immediately adjacent spacious terrace with sun beds and parasols. From there, as you splash in the large pool to cool off. Do you want to get in private to relax, you can use the garden shed (bale benong) with a large mattress and plenty of pillows, where you past the palm trees (in our highly acclaimed tropical garden) and have a unique view over the Bali sea or where you can enjoy a wonderful relaxing massage. In short, all the elements come together at Villa Cerah for an unforgettable and heavenly stay in Bali. You're welcome.
