A very warm welcome to our traditional country cottage, a much loved property close to the city of Bath. The property has 3 bedrooms and family bathroom located on the ground  floor. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area located next to the separate kitchen on the first floor overlooking the patio are and rear garden and breath taking open countryside with grazing farm animals. The cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed holiday feeling.


This property has a log burner in an inglenook fireplace to keep you cosy and warm on winter nights.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave. It isi the perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 2) bed.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.


Linen and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets unfortunately are not allowed at the property. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
