Wonderful house in the mountains with sea views

A dream house, fully equipped, in a unique environment.
With views of the Mediterranean Sea, fireplace, pool and a large garden. Perfect to relax and enjoy the natural park of the coastal mountain range.

The interior is divided into 2 independent sections:
- The upstairs area with 4 bedrooms (one of them en suite), 1 full bathroom, living room with fireplace, a dining room, a large and comfortable kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea, the mountains and the village. (Capacity 10 people).
- The bottom is a beautiful recycled loft of 70m2. It has a kitchen, a large fireplace, a bathroom, a pool table, TV and a large window with the same views as above.

The garden offers a swimming pool illuminated at night with a barbecue area right in front of it, garden furniture and a bathroom.
It has a paved space with basketball basket, tennis / volleyball net and parking for cars. It also consists of a space with turtles and chickens.

Located 2 minutes from the town of Cabrils (gastronomic center), only 25 minutes from Barcelona and 1hr from the city of Girona (Costa Brava). Ideal for family vacations 8 minutes from the beach.

DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST THE MINIMUM STAY IS 7 DAYS.

Cabrils holiday

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in a beautiful place. Enjoyed this Very comfortable home from the inside with the sea breeze and view as well as the outside with the fantastic pool and the very large eating area / kitchen on the outside. Great place for a large group on vacation in Cabrils. Thank you Cristina!

Amazing stay in Cabrils :)

We were a group of 15 and had an amazing stay at Oscar & Cristina's. The villa is really spacious with amazing views of the hills and sea! We loved the pool area and there were plenty of seats for everyone. We especially loved the little seating area next to it with a fridge etc, so everyone could sit round. It was a short walk to the shops and Oscar was really helpful in letting us know how to get the bus/train into Barcelona. It was great for a big group, would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Super séjour passé à Cabrils. La villa est très grande et très confortable, la vue est spectaculaire, on y serait bien resté quelques jours de plus. Cristina est très disponible et flexible pour vacanciers, tout est fait pour que l'on passe de super vacances.

Very enjoyable stay !!

We were a group a 20 young french tourists, we had an amazing time in this beautiful house ! Everything is nicely done and prepared : Upstairs, the rooms are lovely, and downstairs the living room can turn into a very practical dormitory ! The garden is very beautiful and peaceful. The swimming pool is just perfect with a view of the sea. You can also enjoy a nice meal on the barbecue ! I really recommend this house and its owner, who was very nice to us in addition of being joinable !

Magnifique villa bien équipé aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes. Elle dispose d'une vue époustouflante. Elle est conforme aux photos qui sont mises. Tout est fait pour que l'on passe des vacances exceptionnelles. Nous étions 5 couples avec enfants et nous avons passées de très bonnes vacances. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais disponibles rapidement. Félicitions a eux pour leur magnifique villa

Great!

We were a group of 9 adults and 9 children. We stayed in the house for a one week in the end of June. The house was perfect size for us (5 families). The location is excellent, near the centre of Cabrils with great views to the village. You can walk to Cabrils although it is a steep road. Supermarkets, nice beaches and the city of Barcelona are reachable by car or by public transport. Children loved the swimming pool, which is deep enough for jumping. In the evenings, adults enjoyed the pool area with a refidgerator and cooking facilities. Everything worked in the house. The owners are nice and helpful people. We recommend!

Perfect!

We stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect. The house has many different areas for groups to hangout in, an outside BBQ, chairs, cosy interior, a well equipped kitchen, tonnes of sporting and entertainment equipment and amazing views of the coastline. The house suited us very well over the wedding and we would love to go back and stay again. Thanks Indi

Weekend famille dans un cadre sublime

De visite à Barcelone pour un marriage, le Raco de Pau nous a permis de réunir grande partie de la famille et de passer un weekend mémorable. La propriété est parfaitement aménagé pour accueillir de grand groupe tout en garantissant tranquilité et confort. Le jardin offre toute sorte de possibilité pour se reposer et se divertir: nombreux coins lounge, pool house avec barbecue, frigorifique, douche et toilette. Nous recommendons vivement cette propriété pour à tout groupe ou famille qui recherche la proximité de Barcelone et le comfort du villa toute équipée.

Nous avons passé de.superbes vacances en famille dans cette maison. Nous étions 20 personnes reparties en 2 étages. l'étage du dessous est disposé en dortoir. Maison très bien aménagée et une vue parfaite. Merci aux hôtes qui ont été très accueillant. Je recommande vivement.

Un séjour en famille de rêve

Nous sommes arrivés dans la villa le 18 juillet 2015 , et nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cristina et son mari. La gentillesse et la sympathie étaient au rendez vous, ce qui a été fort agréable après un voyage de 5h. (Cristina parle très bien français). Vàrem estar el cap del setmana del 26/06 al 28/06. La casa millor que les fotos. La casa té 2 parts: dalt es una casa amb 4 habitacions per 10 pax i la part de sota es una casa sense habitacions, amb sofàs llit tb per 10pax. El millor la piscina amb el seu porxo poder dinar/sopar, la terrassa amb vistes espectacular, la part de dalt en general molt be i nou; a qualitat preu molt bé. Es nota a faltar alguna habitació de matrimoni més i a la part de sota fan falta persianes per evitar l´entrada de llum. van ser tractats molt bé pels propietaris ....repetirem experiència.

Fue un fín de semana inolvidable, con mucha paz, amistad y relax en todos los sentidos...también hubo algo de salidas por Barcelona (a unos 20 min en coche) Cabrils y Matarò. La casa nos impresionó a tod@s nada más llegar. Muchas habitaciones y bien equipadas, tumbonas en la zona de la piscina para todos, tres cocinas, cuartos y baños para los 17(y sin tener que organizar turnos jajaaj..hasta hay ducha y wc en la zona de la piscina), mucho color en las plantas del jardín y la terraza ppal, espacio para disfrutar, actividades para hacer 'pachanguitas' con los amigos,WiFi, varios salones y televisores....y las dos estancias más utilizadas durante el fín de semana: la barbacoa de la piscina y el loft de la parte de abajo de la casa, con billar incluido :) un lujo la verdad! :) Sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento para Cristina, la propietaria, por su trato y cuidado de los detalles. Gracias y ¡esperamos vernos pronto! quizás el año que viene :)
