We named the house Casa Anavicente after the fisherman Vicente and his wife Ana who have always owned the house.
Suitable for 4 people plus baby, this fisherman's house IS ON the beach of Puntas de Calnegre.
There is no better choice for a wonderful beach holiday. Nicely furnished and fully equipped.
Strong free WIFI in and around the home !!
2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything fully furnished and fully equipped.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, water, electricity and heating free. Lovely wood burning stove for a cool winter evening.
ALSO the ideal location for the winter!
Ask for our quote for a stay of 2 weeks or longer.
Both in front and behind the house a lovely terrace.
From the back terrace you can easily walk to the beach !! Next to the house a supermarket and some bar-restaurants.
In the village of about 100 inhabitants, the baker and the fishmonger are still at the door. Your stay in Spain cannot be more Spanish. Welcome to Villamazarron. NL

Sehr schönes Haus

Der Aufenthalt dort war wirklich wunderschön... einzige kleine Einschränkung waren die zusammengeschobenen Einzel-Betten, die immer wieder auseinander rutschen, wenn man zu zweit darin schläft. Ansonsten ist das Haus super gelegen, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

un peu éloigné de tout

la maison est très propre une cour face à la mer mais avec beaucoup de vent et impossible de se baigner en face de la maison nous devons parcourir minimum 300 mètres pour pouvoir se baigner prendre la voiture tous les jours pour aller faire les courses ou se promener nous allons tous les ans en espagne en comparant les prix cette maison est un peu chère

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Man kann gut in der benachbarten Bar essen. Die nächste Strandbucht ist nur 5 min entfernt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Zee, rust en ruimte.

Ons verblijf in Puntas de Calnegre was fantastisch. In dit kleine dorpje aan de zee hebben wij genoten van de vriendelijke mensen, het prachtige weer en de geweldige omgeving. De drie baaitjes even buiten het dorp waren geweldig. Het is fantastisch om in de vroege morgen vanaf het terras van Casa Anavicente, de zon uit de zee te zien opkomen. Casa Anavicente was perfect voor elkaar. Voor de woning aan het rustige straatje een terras om te genieten van de avondzon. In de woning 2 slaapkamers met prima bedden. De huiskamer is smaakvol ingericht en er ontbrak niets. Zelfs Nederlandse zenders op tv en prima WIFI was aanwezig. In de keuken alles wat nodig is en een prachtige vernieuwde badkamer. Prima service van de eigenaren. Tijdens het verblijf konden wij altijd een beroep doen op de sleutelhoudster. In het weekend is het op de terrassen wel wat drukker omdat dan veel bewoners van de streek komen eten bij de 3 restaurantjes. Perfect verblijf en we hopen zeer snel terug te komen.

Kleinod am Meer

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal im Casa Anavicente. Das Haus und die Region sind wunderbar geeignet für Urlaub abseits vom Massentourismus. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Es ist ein Genuss, auf der Terrasse 15 m vom Meer entfernt den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten und die lauen Abende im Freien zu verbringen. Wenn man mal nicht selbst kochen möchte, ist für jeden Geschmack was in den 3 benachbarten Restaurants/Bars zu finden.

Fantastisch plekje.

Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt is dit een heerlijk plekje, het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en goed onderhouden. En wat is er fijner dan 's morgens de deur open te doen en 10 meter van zee te ontbijten op je eigen terras. Wij hebben hier twee heerlijke weken gehad.

SUPER URLAUB

Wir waren von 26.09.-12.10.2014 dort. Das Haus war sauber, alles nötige war vorhanden und es hat wirklich eine traumhafte Lage, wenn man die Ruhe sucht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche und das Bad sind neuwertig. In unmittelbare Nähe gibt es 3 Bars/Restaurants, einen kleinen Laden und ein Tabakladen wo man alles nötige findet. Bedingt durch die Nebensaison unser Hund konnte sich nach Herzenslust austoben. Würden wir wieder ein Urlaub in der Region Mursia machen, würden wir wieder Casa Anavincente wähle.
