The house consists of a living room, two bedrooms (one double and one triple) plus a sofa bed in the living room for a total of 7 beds. There is also a kitchen complete with dishwasher, three refrigerators, pantry, table for 8/10 people and two complete bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower, plus an outdoor shower for the swimming pool. Outside the house there are two porches with sofas and deck chairs for the pool. Adjacent to the living room is a 40 m2 terrace equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people and an umbrella. The services provided also include washing machine and TV.

The cost of cleaning is provided for both bed linen and towels, for any supplies of double linen there is an increase of 20 €.
