The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Monterosso a few steps from the sea.
It has been completely renovated in bio-architecture for a few years ..
Located on the first floor of a typical village house, dating back to the Middle Ages, it was furnished by a Genoese antiques dealer using furniture, ancient paintings and art objects.
It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that can turn into a double, a large living room with a double sofa bed.

You will have the opportunity to find everything you need under the house: the pastry bar, the pizzeria, the restaurants, the pub, all the shops and all the services of the town within a few meters.
You can immerse yourself and fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Cinque Terre by staying in unique, "charming" rooms, air conditioned with air conditioning, well equipped and furnished.

Best place to stay in Monterosso! Davide met us outside and familiarized us with all the apartment amenities. Appreciated having a washer in the unit. Spacious and comfortable to unwind after a long day. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. thank you, Davide!

Beautiful place, great location.

Stayed 4 nights, couldn't have been happier. Can literally step outside, take a seat and order pizza. Coffee and breakfast are just a few steps beyond that, and the liveliest bar in Monterosso, just down the block. Felt more like staying at a families home then a rental, Davide the owner was always within reach if needed, though I never did. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. The location was very good. A few little annoying things were: One day the shower did not work. One of two hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom was broken. A handle was missing on the shutter door to the balcony.

Outstanding accommodations

Davide’s place was wonderful from check-in to check out. Communicated with us prior to check-in with detailed instructions on how to get there from the train station. Davide was there to greet us upon arrival. Walked us through his unit. Showed us how to work the tv, washer, and other appliances. Gave us overview of area and recommended restaurants. Don’t bother looking any where else. You won’t find better. Great location. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. 5 star unit.

This was the best property we stayed at in the 5 weeks we were in Europe. So clean, great location in the old town of Monterusso and the host David went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, there was everything that we needed in the apartment for a family. I would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was great. Very clean, nicely furnished, cozy. Felt like home. The location is great. Very close to everything you need such as restaurants, shops, beach etc. Davide is a great host. He met us personally, gave us some suggestions for local restaurants and things to do in the area. Even treated us with a bottle of champagne. If you are planning to stay in Monterosso, this is a perfect place. Highly recommend

True gem in the heart of Monterrosso

The apartment was exactly as listed and extremely comfortable for my family of 4. It was super clean, very cute, and hosted by the nicest man in all of Italy. My family did not want to leave!

Perfect!

We stayed in Monterosso only 2 nights and wish we stayed longer! The property is nestled in the winding roads just a block from the church and just a few blocks from the beach. It is completely renovated but maintains quaint charm. The hosts are amazing!!! David was super helpful and informative. He recommended a boat tour for us which we picked up off the pier down the road to enjoy viewing the Cinque Terre from the sea and taking a swim in the beautiful clear waters. Our family will go back!

THE BEST HOST WE'VE HAD !

Davide was such a wonderful host. He brought all of our luggage up the stairs to our apartment, which was not an easy task. The apartment was immaculate and had lots of thoughtful touches like guests Netflix, medical kit, even a bottle of champagne. Davide also made sure we had as much information about getting to Monterosso easily, where to visit and where to eat. He also had his son help us with our luggage when we checked out. The location is also perfect in the Old Town. Highly recommend.

This property is newly renovated and was done spectacularly! My wife and I are both architects, and this VRBO was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a lengthy stay in Monterosso! Every detail has been taken into account for a perfect, pleasurable stay. 5+Stars!

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a vacation rental! Davide was a thoughtful, attentive host who welcomed us personally. He helped us get our luggage in and presented us with a nice bottle of Prosecco! He shared a wealth of Cinque Terre history with us, as well as great recommendations for things to do, places to see, and dining recommendations. The rental was immaculate. Spotless, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and did not know we needed! The beds were exceptionally comfortable! We enjoyed watching movies together on Netflix after our busy days by the sea, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the beach - with restaurants and markets just steps away. Quiet and peaceful after dark. Loved that we were in the historic part of the village. So much beauty to take in. This building is 800 years old and has been carefully maintained to preserve its beauty. Upon checking out, I asked what we could do to help make turning over the property easier, and Davide to just leave everything to them and thanked us for staying. We were truly treated as guests in his beautiful home, and that is not very common these days. If you are fortunate enough to find yourself in Cinque Terre, this is the property to stay at 😊

Awesome location and stay

We had a family of six adults and loved this cozy apartment. It was wonderful to spill out directly into the town streets with cute shops and restaurants every morning. Monterosso is the place to stay for many activities, music, food, drink, a wonderful open town square and authentic shops. The suggestions for restaurants were perfect! Convenient to the train station and we hopped on easy trains to all the other Cinque Terre villages to sightsee. Did the hike from Venazza back to Monterosso which was amazing but not easy!

Perfect spot for a stay on the coast

This property is in the heart of town. It’s a short walk from the train station several restaurants and shops on the street. We enjoyed our stay and the property is as described.

Perfect Ending

This place was absolutely the perfect way to end our family's Italian adventure. The location is beyond amazing. Monterosso turned out to be our favorite of the Cinque Terre towns and the apartment made wandering the town so easeful! We could slip out to eat at the many great choices right on our block and go swimming with ease at the beach. The apartment was comfortable and the wifi was great. Our host greeted us and helped us to get comfortable upon arrival, even gifting us with a bottle of Prosecco. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever so lucky!! Grazie!!!

This is a great home to stay with excellent location! In the heart of monterrosa and not too far from train station. Lots of great food options- Eby cafe has the most hilarious bartender that makes amazing cocktails.

Family visit

Everything was perfect. Daniela met us at check-in and let us stay past check out because one of us was sick. After we left, Daniela checked to make sure we were feeling better. The apartment was in a nice location and within walking distance to the trailhead and train station. We appreciated the welcome bottle of Prosecco and coffee in the apartment. We would definitely stay there again.

Stop looking and book!

If you’re going to Cinque Terra this is the spot- close to train and ferry- great restaurants, beach and trails. This is the best spot! The property owner/host is a wonderful guy who is genuinely interested to accommodating you needs during stay. Do yourself a favor and stop looking and book this if it’s available!

Nice stay in the heart of Monterroso

We had a very nice stay for four nights. David was an exceptionally responsive and gracious host. The shower was great; plenty of hot water. Perfect location. Just upstairs from A couple of good restaurants and an easy walk through town to the beach and other sights. Comfortable couch for family movie night. Thank you!

Great Apartment, Wonderful Host

5 adults stayed comfortably in this apartment (the youngest on a pullout in the living room). The apartment is small, but very charming, clean, and has everything you would need. It is full of old world charm and wonderful antiques yet has all the modern conveniences. Davide the host was in constant contact, and he and his son Michael were there to greet us and gave us recommendations and details of the history of the apartment and Cinque Terre. The apartment is centrally located. Walk out the front door and you have all the restaurants and cafés you need and the beach is right down the street as well as the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful trip.

What can I say, Monterosso is beautiful even in the rain we stayed three days at this amazing property. The pictures were accurate. The most important concern for me is cleaniness and a comfortable bed. This Monterosso home had both! The Italian hospitality that was shown to us by David was beyond words. He helped bring up our suitcases, spent so much time telling us about the area and restaurants, assisted with making taxi reservations when we were leaving. This was my husband and my 50 th wedding anniversary, we were give a wonderful bottle of Prosecco WOW and to top that he bought my husband a MONTEROSSA BIRTHDAY CAKE, He certainly made at this stay a memorable one! I hope to come back again soon.

Perfect Monterosso

This apartment was the perfect location for my husband and I to explore Monterosso with our 2 kids and mother-in-law. David was extremely communicative and thoughtful, making check-in smooth, assisting with excellent dinner reservations upon arrival, a nice bottle of sparkling wine, tips for our excursions/beach days, etc. We loved staying in the historic section. Would definitely return/recommend this rental!
