Welcome to your Modern duplex penthouse, perfetc for SMART WORKING (WIFI 100MB), 2 minutes by walking from the beach. !
It is a modern and lightfull penthouse, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, covered terrace and solarium, 60 meters from the beach and the turistic port of the Colonia de Sant Jordi.
At the first floor you will find a large dining-room with a kitchen and a living room which is open to a covered terrace where it is possible to have lunch or dinner. At the same floor you will find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them with in suite). Both bedrooms have their own wardrobe.
At the upper floor there is a third bedroom with a large double bed, in-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to a pleasant private sun terrace.
The penthouse is located on the second floor of a small building of 5 apartments and has a parking space in the garage.
TVSAT, COLD and WARM AIRCONDITIONING and garage.

The final cleaning of this flat is carried out following the guidelines of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, including the specifications of cleaning and disinfection in the touristic sector.

Perfect and relaxing family holiday
We were met by a lovely man who showed us around this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect for the beautiful beach which was a couple of minutes walk away. There were lovely friendly restaurants very nearby. The perfect break for parents and teenagers. We will be back.

Wunderbare Ferien in perfekter Lage
Die sehr schöne, perfekt saubere Wohnung liegt optimal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.Sie bietet ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. 3 Bäder und Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen ist Luxus. Wir fühlten uns perfekt betreut und bekamen immer schnelle hilfreiche Antworten. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen !!!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und Francesca und Juan sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht und die beiden Terrassen sind wunderbar, um draußen zu essen oder zu entspannen. Alles ist von toller Qualität und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, zum Strand zwei Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen gern wieder! Grosse Wohnung mit kleinen Schwächen
Der Ort ist relativ ruhig und nicht so touristisch wie andere auf Mallorca. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist sehr geräumig, wobei eine größere gemütlichere Sitzgruppe genügend Platz hätte. Für 2 Personen reicht es auch so. Der Fernseher ist ziemlich alt und klein. Die Strände rund um den Ort sind sehr, sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist super, perfekt ausgestattet,es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuß machen, auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Ein perfekter Urlaub von Anfang an. Die Gastgeberin ist total nett und flexibel. Früher angekommen, später gefahren. Alles kein Problem. Ist total zu empfehlen.

Geräumige Stadtwohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon kann man auch bei Regen frühstücken. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Auch der Hafen und der kleine Strand sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Da die Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in der Stadt liegt, sind natürlich immer Geräusche zu hören, die aber nicht weiter stören. Die Vermieter sind sehr fürsorglich. Unser Wunsch nach einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke wurde noch am selben Tag erfüllt. :-)

Nette Vermieter, sehr gute Austattung der Unterkunft und naturlich top Lage. Außerdem vielen Dank für viele nicht selbstverständliche Extras (Erstausstattung fur das sonntägliche Frühstück, Spezialitaten aus Valdemossa und Colonia und noch einiges mehr). Schöner Urlaub in Strandnähe
Das Appartment war sehr geräumig, so dass man auch zu fünft oder sechst einen entspannten Urlaub haben kann. Die Einrichtung war gut, in der Küche gab es alles an Utensilien, was man benötigt. Die Lage des App. war auch gut. Es ist zwar nicht zu vermeiden, dass man von den Verkehrsgeräuschen etwas mitbekommt. Aber der Fußweg zum Strand dauert nur wenige Minuten. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit den Eroski-Supermärkten und sehr guten Restaurants. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, damit das Auto draußen kein Backofen wird. Allerdings sollte der Mietwagen nicht zu groß sein, da man heftig rangieren muss. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Danke noch einmal, dass wir so zeitnah das App. beziehen konnten.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, nahe am Strand und direkt im Ort.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und waren jeden Tag am Meer: jeden Morgen beim Hafen und nachher a m es dolç oder es Trenc.

Es war einfach rundherum alles sehr schön.
Gute Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Über Tag etwas Verkehrslärm,aber da ist man ja normalerweise sowieso unterwegs. Sehr schöne Küche,toller Balkon,einfach alles prima.

wunderbare Unterkunft in wunderbarer Umgebung
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche Familienurlaub in Colonia de Sant Jordi genossen. Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht vollständig ausgerüstet, Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern, Küche üppig ausgerüstet. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, der schönere Strand Es Dolc in 10 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden sind nur 5 min entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft (und die sehr sehr freundlichen Vermieter) wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Urlaub in Colonia Sant Jordi. Den einen Stern Abzug geben wir aufgrund des doch sehr lauten Autoverkehrs, der in der Hauptsaison von uns unterschätzt wurde. Dafür liegt die Wohnung aber sehr zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist für ein kleines Auto gut nutzbar. Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt in Colonia Sant Jordi und diese Ferienwohnung war die bisher schönste in der gleichen Preisklasse. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Sehr schönes Apartment
