Enjoy this spacious and well-furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo right on the shores of Lake Dillon in the heart of Colorado Ski Country. With breath-taking views of Lake Dillon and snow-capped peaks of the Ten Mile Range right off of your large private balcony, this updated condo has all of the amenities and comforts of home while putting you right in the heart of all of the best that Colorado has to offer.

All new furniture and flooring installed in 2023 - you'll love the cozy comforts - we've thought of everything!

You'll enjoy the open floor plan and incredible views outside the wall-to-wall double sliding glass doors that bring in tons of natural light. It doesn't get much better than drinking a cup of coffee in the morning while looking out at the gorgeous mountain landscape of Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Range.

You'll have access to 5 world-class ski resorts right outside your door - 5 minutes from Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, and 30 minutes to Vail. There is also a free bus to Keystone right outside your door that leaves every 30 minutes! After a day of skiing, enjoy access to the hot tub and sauna and build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace and grill on the patio before cozying up on the couch with a glass of wine!

If you're coming for Summer fun, there is no better location. You're overlooking the shores of Lake Dillon and less than 5 minutes from the Dillon Marina where you can rent sailboats, pontoon boats, fishing boats, paddle boards, and kayaks - or just enjoy a beer next to the lake at the famous Tiki Bar. Enjoy great golf courses, world-class hiking and biking trails, and fly fishing - all right outside your door. You'll also have access to the clubhouse pool and sauna, and you've got a full-sized washer and dryer right in the unit.

If you've got kids, there's a great playground right on the lake shore, along with an amphitheater that hosts free concerts all summer long with the lake and mountains as the backdrop.

You're also only minutes from the town of Dillon and Silverthorne, with great restaurants, pubs, breweries, a supermarket, popular outlet malls, ski rentals, and everything you may need during your stay.

Great location for a Spring Break ski trip

We had a wonderful time at the condo with our three children (ages 7, 11 & 13). Perfect amount of space for the five of us. An unbeatable view of the lake. Highly recommend!

Dillon Colorado 2024

Property was very comfortable and had all essential cooking equipment and then some. Even had a crib for infants. Plenty of seating for a family and beautiful deck view of Lake Dillon, Marina and Frisco.Only drawback was traffic noise on route 6 ibdhind property.

Excellent Stay

Condo was beautifully situated in the center of Dillon, close to many neighboring ski resorts. We were a short 6 minute drive to Keystone, and also visited Loveland, A Basin, and Copper mountains. The condo was clean and well maintained and truly suited our family’s needs after long days of being on the mountain. We used the shared hot tub facility, which was fabulous, and took full advantage of the in unit washer dryer. We hope to be back!

Annual Ski Trip

This was a little larger than I really needed for 2 people but it was great! Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Location is ideal for skiing Keystone, Breck, Vail and Beavercreek (on the Epic Pass).

Too noisy

Location is fabulous with great views. Very clean. New refrigerator with no ice maker but a bag of ice solved that problem. It was like staying at your friends home. Only problem is it’s on the main road. Sitting on the deck is pleasant if no vehicles are going by. Fortunately it’s only during the day and not at night. So if you want a quiet cup of coffee in the morning on the deck you won’t get it. Could you please repeat that I didn’t hear you as the truck went by. Noise is my only complaint. Easy parking, centrally located.

Everything we needed

The owners were very helpful and communicative! The place was just the size and location we were after. I would just recommend one thing - it might be a good idea to tell future guests that the pool and hot tub are open until 10, even though the sign on the wall says 9 o’clock. And, 10 o’clock means 10 o’clock! We were wrapping things up at 10:01, and an alarm started going off and scared the bejeebers out of us! Ha ha ha! But all around a great experience. Thank you so much.

Spectacular views

This condo had some of the best views! The amenities were good for the summer activities. The pool was a great temperature and the proximity to the walking/bike trails couldn’t be beat.

Very cosy appartment

The appartment is fully equipped and has a breathtaking view over lake Dillon. The sleeping Roms are on the back side (very quiet). We enjoyed our skiing holidays very much. Thank you, Ashley and Jeff.

Great location with comfortable stay

Ok , so there is a highway in front of this property , however just shutting the patio doors sealed if all car noise and provided for an excellent lake and Mountain View ! The condo provided for all of our needs. Including the fireplace; well stocked kitchen, warm family vibe , and hot tub/ pool/ sauna building near by. A great central point also for access to all ski areas. Our hats off to the owners and their efforts to truly make this a home away from home !

I absolutely loved this condo for my 5 day stay in Dillon. It was very convenient to everything I needed including the campground, Wendy Point, where my nieces wedding took place! It had a beautiful view and the condo itself was so warm feeling, comfy, very cozy and very well appointed! Ashley was super easy to work with and most helpful when I had questions! Not sure I will ever be in that same area again, but if so, it would be my pleasure to stay there!!!!!!

Great Experience

Loved staying at the condo in Dillon! Communication was easy, check-in and check-out were also a breeze. Enjoyed being a short distance to the Amphitheatre to catch our Bob Dylan show. Easy access to the less trafficked side of Dillon Res so we could paddleboard and hang out on the beach.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because of the location, layout, and the views. Did we mention the views? :-) Jeff is an avid sailor, skier, and mountain biker, and Ashley loves running, hiking, and snowshoeing - the location of this condo is absolutely perfect for all of those activities. It's far enough away from the town of Dillon that you feel like you're really in the true outdoors, yet close enough to every kind of amenity you could ever want.
