The Rufe House is located 5 miles from Stowe Village on 2 acres surrounded by farmland + a quiet wooded area. Nicely situated on a private drive with no thru traffic. High speed internet with WiFi is provided. Air conditioned.

Our home is cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines for health and safety.

Our bedroom configuration with master bedroom and full bath on the first floor and three bedrooms and a full bath with double vanity on the second floor is perfect for small groups or family gatherings!
Our 4 bedrooms / two bath configuration can comfortably accommodate 10 adults with additional twin beds for children.
The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunk beds.
Two bedrooms on the second floor have a double bed and one twin bed. The third second floor bedroom has a queen bed and one bunk bed.

There is a full bath and laundry area on the first floor. A second bath with double vanity is on the second floor.

Relax beside the fireplace in our living room with cathedral ceiling, game table and exposed beams. The stairway to the second floor is open with a second floor balcony walkway that overlooks the living room. Leather couches and a 50" TV complete the living room. There is a second 32" TV in the first floor bedroom.

First floor has an open floor plan with well equipped custom kitchen with cherry cabinetry, tile floor. Our dining table can comfortably seat everyone. The dining area opens to a 30 ft deck and private yard with woodland views. During the warmer months an outside dining table with umbrella, chairs and Weber Gas grill completes our deck. Weber Gas grill is available on the deck during the winter months also.

All the comforts of home are provided with high speed internet ( internet speed is 200 Mbps)+ WiFi, air conditioning, washer + dryer, linens, abundant towels, firewood + kindling for living room fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, paper products, cleaning supplies, spices, condiments, etc. For your convenience, firewood + kindling are stacked in the basement. There is also a workbench in the basement for tuning skis/bikes

Both bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated with custom cabinetry, tile floors and granite.
Immaculately maintained. Please note that we do not accept rentals over 30 days.
