Great location, terraces, and property

15 minute walk from the train station. 3 minute walk to the old town and 4 to the water. Apartment is on the 4th floor, many stairs - but well worth it. We sat outside every night and looked over the town out to the lake. Very clean and well stocked. Great view from the shower. Stay here, walk to the water, rent a boat and head North to the beautiful alps kissing the lake.

Great place in Desenzano

Perfect apartment for 2 people, easy to shop and eat in, terrific views of the lake area from the terrace, just a bock walk to main piazza and ferry dock, 15 minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended!

Schönste Dachterrasse am Gardasee

Wer ein hell-modern und komplett eingerichtetes Loft mit zwei Dachterrassen für jede Tageszeit und einem unbeschreiblichen Blick über die roten Dächer des perfekt gelegenen und alles bietenden Desenzano auf den See sucht (die Treppenstufen nimmt man gerne in Kauf), ist bei Signora Titti und ihrem Mann genau richtig - von der familiären Rundumbetreuung, die auf Wunsch geboten wird, ganz zu schweigen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Seeumrundungen und Ausflüge ins Hinterland samt Verona. In fünf Gehminuten taucht man in den Trubel der wunderschönen Altstadt ein. Wir kommen wieder !

Wow the view

Great experience, great apartment let down slightly by the cleanliness of the common gardens and the balconies, the local birds had been using it for target practice with their droppings for some time. But the view was awesome. Would stay again.

Fantastisch

Die Wohnung ist super sauber, praktisch und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man wohnt über den Dächern der Stadt, den Blick werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen. Der Kontakt zu Titti ist unkompliziert. Sie kümmert sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Ins untere Zentrum 3 Minuten zu Fuß, wir können aber auch das obere Viertel vor dem Castello empfehlen. Da kann man in den kleinen Bars die Abendsonne mit vielen Einheimischen genießen und die Preise sind stimmig. Wir kommen wieder. Danke an Titti. Liebe Grüße

Herrliche Lage

Mitten im Zentrum von Desenzano liegt dieses einzigartige Appartement im 4 Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses Parkplatzes ist vorhanden und Sinvoll da sich die meisten Ausflüge mit dem Schiff oder dem Zug bewerkstelligen lassen Die beiden Dachterassen sind auf den See und die Altstadt ausgerichtet und bieten Sonnenauf wie Untergänge Der Empfang durch Seniora Titti und ihrer Tochter war sehr herzlich Das Appartement ist wunderschön sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann uns hat nichts gefehlt Gerne kommen wir wieder

Super Aussicht und zentrale Lage

Von der Terrasse ist der Ausblick über den Ort, auf den See, nach Sirmione und die dahinerliegende Berge einfach herrlich! Die Lage des Apartments ist zentral, Innenstadt und See sind in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auto kann vor dem Haus geparkt werden, Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind auch vorhanden. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin hat uns beim Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit eingewiesen! Vielen Dank für diesen herrlichen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Aussicht und schnell zum Gelato!

Die Wohnung bietet eine geniale Aussicht über den See, und mit den 2 Tersssen findet man immer Sonne oder Schatten. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine Wohnung, bei der man beim Duschen den Segelbooten zusehen kann, wird schwer noch einmal zu finden sein. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt und mitten im Leben. Das Parken am Haus, sowie dessen Zustand und die Ruhe bei Nacht geben einem das Gefühl mitten im echten Italien angekommen zu sein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, reagieren schnell und bestens bemüht. Danke Titti für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Spectacular lake view

Super experience with nice reception. Beautiful apt with best lake view possible. You have to climbe 5 stairs though. Large apt with all you need including airco. I will return for sure!!

Die Lage ist einfach wunderbar und die Aussicht von den Terrassen ein Traum :) Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und sehr ansprechend. Wenn wir nochmal einen Urlaub in dieser Gegend machen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen!

Ein Ausblick der seinesgleichen sucht

Sehr schöne Lage

Lovely apartment with everything we needed

We had a wonderful 5 nights at the apartment. We loved the two terraces - sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. Easy walk into the centre of town and to the castle. Parking was provided, which was a huge advantage since parking is at a premium. Four floors up but worth the climb for the lovely airy property and fabulous views. Host were excellent. Thank you.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Herrliche Wohnung mit Traumaussicht

Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Desenzano und ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine absolut herrliche Wohnung, für 2 Personen perfekt.

Excellent apartment, great views- home away from home.

Titti is the perfect host. The apartment has everything one needs and all of the extras make it so easy to relax and enjoy. Appreciated the large fridge/freezer, washing machine, normal size hair dryer - I did not cook however the stove is a great size. Bed was very comfortable and shower has the best view along with strong water pressure. So glad l booked this very secure apartment which is close to all amenities.

Tolles Apartment

Tolles Apartment über den Dächern der Altstadt von Desenzano. Meine Frau und ich waren hier mit unseren zwei Kindern. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung durch die sehr netten Vermieter, konnten wir unsere Wohnung beziehen. Der Blick über die Altstadt auf den See ist überwältigend. Nur sehr kurze Wege zu Fuß an den See, zum Bummeln in der Altstadt oder z.B. zum Bäcker. Das Auto kann somit, auf dem dazugehörigen halb-überdachten Stellplatz, stehengelassen werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist vorhanden inkl. Geschirrspüler und Schattenparkplatz. Das Beste ist der wunderschöne Blick über den See. Zur "sportlichen Betätigung" eignet sich der Aufstieg in den 4. Stock hervorragend.
