Schönes Appartment

Merche ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend gross, hat eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, einen sehr großen TV mit deutschen Programmen und einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz dessen Einfahrt allerdings sehr schmal ist. Das Bett war uns persönlich zu schmal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und den Urlaub genossen.

Top Lage und alles was man braucht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Can Picafort. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und alle Räumlichkeiten werden mit der selben Klimaanlage angesteuert: also es gibt nur die Option für alle Räume an oder aus :) Außerdem sollte man sich bewusst sein dass das Bad innenliegend ist. Ansonsten war der Trockner Gold wert für unsere Strand Gänge. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Nice stay in good location

Everything was as seen in the pictures. Great stay in the nice apartment. You could walk to the beach and city center or use the rental car to check out all the nice beaches in the whole area. The location had everything you need and some small surprises even, which made it a very nice choice. The check-in was working really smooth and had no problems at all. Can absolutely recommend the apartment for a couple of family of max 4-5.

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und war sehr sauber, so dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Zu Fuß ist es etwa eine halbe Stunde bis zur trubeligen Promenade, aber es gibt auch Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Ein Parkplatz war immer vorhanden, da wir die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen wollten. Mit 2 Kindern wäre uns persönlich die Wohnung zu eng, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Es war alles vorhanden und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ebenso wie die Nachbarschaft.

Hübsches Appartement in Strandnähe

Kleines, aber schönes Appartement, dass alles beinhalte, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. In Laufnähe befinden sich der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Nachts ist es angenehm ruhig.

Appartement neuf très bien équipé

L'appartement est totalement refait à neuf. Il est très bien équipé. Tout est prévu : les draps, les serviettes de bains et les serviettes de plage. Il y a de très nombreux rangements. Seul petit bémol, le balcon ne permet pas de manger dehors. Il y a 6 couchages confortables dont 2 lits enfants. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. En cas de besoin ils sont là dans les 30 min. Ils sont très arrangeants. L'appartement est très bien situé : en 5 min à pied on est sur la promenade de bord de mer. Can Picafort est bien placé pour découvrir la moitié nord de l'île : de Soller à Porto Cristo. En 45 min on est à Palma.
