Our family beach house is located 4 houses and one road (236 steps) from the white sugar sand of FMB. This home has been in our family over 45 years. We use this house, so you will find almost everything you will need to have fun. You will find:
• Sand Toys
• Beach Chairs
• Beach Buggies
• Water Pad (very cool 6’x15’ foam pad holds 15 kids without sinking)
• Umbrellas
• Coolers of All Sizes
• Kids Razor Scooters
• Kayaks
• Two new beach cruisers
• Two Older Beach Bikes
Downstairs you will find:
• Laundry Room / Doubles as spare room
• Overflow Sleeping Quarters with a trundle bunk bed.Twin
on top, full middle, full trundle pull out below.
• Grill Propane with sear burner
• A Digital Smoker (You just push time and temp and walk away.)
• An Old-Fashioned Offset Smoker that can hold 3 Turkeys
• An Orion Cooker (It is a convection smoker and can smoke a turkey in under two hours.)
• Corn hole and Ring game
• 55” Smart TV to watch the games

All the Things!!!

From all the ingredients to make a Florida key lime pie to the best beach shovel ever, this home was STOCKED to the max with top of the line supplies and fun-in-the- sun amenities from bikes to grills to a floating mat. The island is still under reconstruction from Ian which means the beach itself is less crowded than in years past. It’s a short walk to what on most days felt like a private beach! We had a lovely time!

Great family vacation spot

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. The outdoor area was an added bonus. The water mat was a hit with our kids. Close walk to the beach. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries.

Perfect place to vacation!

This is the best beach house we have stayed at here in Fort Myers by to date. Everything you need for the beach at you disposal. Fully stocked kitchen and wide open for entertaining and family time. The lower level has a lot to offer and very comfortable as well. Definitely coming back for another vacation soon!

Great stay! Definitely had everything we needed. The owner is super easy to communicate with! Very honest cleaning staff! My son left his wallet w/ cash & all was mailed promptly back to us. We would def stay again!

Three night escape to the Beach

Had a great time. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Rob was very helpful and informative. Dixie Fish Co. and Mom’s were great places for dinner and breakfast respectively. Would definitely return.

Our best family vacation yet!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to a beautiful beach. They really thought of everything at the house, and we loved playing with the bikes, water pad, kayaks, and all the great beach toys. Our evening movie nights on the reclining couch and great nights sleep on comfy beds finished the days of beach play perfectly. Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely love to return.

Pristine property fully stocked for a beach vaca!!

This property is amazing! It is spotless and fully stocked! My children were never bored. They loved the giant jenga and the outdoor movies we watched every night! Rob is amazing and takes good care of his home. Thanks Rob for an amazing stay, we will be back again!

Excellent house - absolute recommendable

Our party of 5 Adults had a great time at Casa Allison. All rooms are perfect equipped, in excellent shape and absolute clean. And the grills and the beach stuff in the shed - it's hard to choose. Thank you Robert for three unforgetable weeks - you are a great host and we gladly give a recommendation to our friends and anyone who ask about a beach house for vacation in the area.

Great Property - Better Owner

Nice, clean and cozy house that fit our family of five comfortably and could fit a bigger family. Easy walk to private beach access. The walk is easier than the site and photos show - a 2-3 minute walk. As wonderful as the property was, the Allison family, especially Rob Allison, were wonderful, informative and responsive hosts who quickly communicated and answered all our questions. We highly recommend the property and hope to visit again.

Excellent communication

Well maintained home with the perks of having access to beach toys and equipment. We appreciated the prompt attention from the owner when anything came up. Walk to the beach is easier than it looks in the pictures. Glad we chose this rental.

Weekend getaway

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway. The beach house was fully stocked upstairs and everything I needed downstairs for my grilling pleasures. Just moments away from the beach where we were able to watch the boat races. Thank you Robert for everything and your quick response to any questions that I had. See you next time!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Everything you ever need or want is right here. The house is equipped with everything you could imagine and it is very clean. The location is great. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The beach is right across the street. We had a wonderful time and made some awesome memories.We're already planning next years trip. Robert was awesome to work with. You can't go wrong by staying here.

Wonderful time in Fort Myers beach !!

I would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the Ft. Myers Beach area. We loved our stay at the beach which was so close to us. We had eight people fit very comfortably in this house. The house offers bikes and kayak, which was a bonus for us .We enjoyed many wonderful restaurants. As a parent, I found the Ft. Myers Beach area very safe and hope to return in the future. My favorite part of this property is the few steps from a beautiful white beach and watching dolphins on the beach at sunset. Definitely I will come back to the Allison house !

Awesome

We came for a baseball tourney and staying here was way better than a hotel. We had space to spread out, were able to wash uniforms and even set up a bow net and tee in the back to get some swings in. Rob was very attentive and the house was spotless when we arrived. We had everything we could possible need for the kitchen and down time on the beach. Thanks for a fabulous stay. We’ll be back!

Awesome Host

Perfection!!!

What can I say? Wow! Everything you can possibly think of for a pleasant vacation. Tvs in every room, man-cave downstairs porch, a Keurig machine- my favorite, kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream (That ain't me, 😉). The beach was "right there". Looking forward to coming back with the family. Awesome place, Casa Allison..... See you next time!!!

The property owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! He provided information about the area, was easy to contact, and the home had everything you could possibly want or need. He thought if everything and everything was in excellent condition! I’m not sure I can write a proper review to do the owner and home justice. Way above 5 stars out of 5!

Wonderful home

House was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a stay on the beach. Owners even left a gift and somebbeer and water in the refrigerator. AC unit in downstairs bedroom wasn’t working when we first arrived, I reached out to the owner and he had repair man at the house within the hour, very responsive and very helpful! Will definitely book at this house again! Thank you Rob!

Great Beach house with excellent attention to detail!

The property is great. Easy access to the nice private beach. The air worked well. The downstairs dartboard and bags game provided great entertainment. There are many nice extras such as bikes, paddleboards that were available as part of the rental. I will gladly return. The owner was extremely accommodating and did everything he could to insure a great stay. Most important was that the house was immaculately clean and fresh. Look forward to a return trip. The only thing this house is missing is a pool. Great place! Great location! Excellent hospitality!

The best equipped home!

This very comfortable house has just about anything You might need for a wonderful stay at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample dishes, glasses, and all manner of cooking utensils, bowls, pots and pans. Lots of beach stuff including a beach buggy to drive to the uncrowded beach only a half block away. In the evenings we enjoyed cooking on the gas grill and then watched movies on the huge screen TV. Comfortable beds and sofas. We would love to return to this house in the future. Rob was very responsive and helpful.

The best place we’ve stayed in Fort Myers

First want to say thank you to Rob. He was very helpful giving us updates and great places to eat and making sure that the home was perfect for our stay. The home had everything we could have needed or wanted. In the past we have to go to Walmart to get our essentials for our stay, but when we got to the home everything we needed was there, dish soap, pods for the on site washing machines, plastic sandwich bags and even some beer in the downstairs fridge. The beds were comfortable and tv’s in all the rooms upstairs and a huge tv outside downstairs. There’s all the beach and water toys that we needed as not to mention bikes for the entire family so we will definitely be staying here every year. So THANK YOU AGAIN ROB

Thanks for the great time! In May this year we could spend nearly 2 weeks in the great Fort Myers Beach, the provided equipment and location had induced us to decide for for this house. This decision was absolutely right. Everything very well maintained, equipment as listed and a lot of useful tools for sharing. Perfect. What a great pearl this house and their landlords are. We'll be happy to book it again. p.s. We haven´t really claimed one of the broken beach umbreallas, but this one was replaced in speed of light. thx
