Spacious very well located one bedroom / apart. French classic style Trendy, easy and safety neighborhood. Very good transport access. Close to major city parks, theaters, museums, fashion district, restaurants & bars. * In the case of being a resident Argentine citizen or domiciled in CABA, they must inform them before booking and present proprietary guarantee or surety insurance to the satisfaction of the owner before Enter the property.
