Bel endroit à Biot.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement agréable ,idéalement situé dans résidence calme, entourée d'une belle végétation méditerranéenne . Vue magnifique sur la mer, du cap d'Antibes à st-Jean-Cap Ferrat .Belle grande piscine !

Beautiful site

Spectacular view and very nice complex. The location is excellent and you can get to Nice or Antibes in less than 30 minutes. Neighborhood is very quiet. Owners are very flexible and super nice. They left some food for me on the day I arrived because it was a holiday and they were worried all grocery stores would be closed. The toilet is in with the washer and water heater. Unit needs some upgrades. The refrigerator had something rancid in it so was unable to get the smell out even with bleach, so the unit smelled the entire time I was there. No dedicated parking for this unit so parking within the gates is challenging. Street parking is always available.

Location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, propre, bien orientée, dont la terrasse offre une magnifique vue sur la mer, située dans un quartier calme, à proximité de toutes les commodités et des routes principales. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Lovely, Peacefull & Convenient

The hosts are a very nice couple and very helpful. The location is good if you have a car which we did. Good access to the highway so easy to get to Cannes, Grasse, MC, Antibes, even Menton is a nice drive. About 20 min drive from the Nice airport. There is a nice grocery store a short walk away (i think its a mini Carrefour) which has all you'll need. (Its closed on sundays). There is also a nice boulangerie across from the grocery if you want the really good stuff! The flat is well equipped, clean and spacious it has a washing machine and a proper shower despite what the ad says. There was three of us including our 9 yo son but the flat can easily accommodate two couples. No a/c though but a nice breeze most nights and a great fan!. Internet and TV worked good, I could even use my netflix account to watch movies. Really nice views from the bedroom, kitchen and balcony. What a pitty we couldnt have a BBQ their like the neighbors below did. Couldnt find a nice french-pub like 'Le Beaujolais' nearby but that's the compromise you make when you choose the hills vs a flat in the city. Would recommend it to small families who like the cool calm hillside flat or anyone going to the tennis academy near by. Thank you Valery! Look forward to our next visit.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 2 semaines. C'est une belle surprise. L'appartement est très propre et spacieux, dans une copropriété bien tenue. La vue est superbe. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis, les linges de maison, et plus encore. La piscine collective est très appréciable. Biot est un jolie village et il est facile de se déplacer dans les environs. Je recommande.

Parfait!!!!

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme au descriptif (propre et bien agencé). Propriétaire très accueillant. Résidence très agréable avec une piscine commune bien entretenu. La terrasse est assez grande avec une magnifique vue bien dégagée. A recommandé.

Bel appartement propre et soigné, rien ne manque (ou peut-être un second ventilateur côté séjour); la vue est magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons bien profité de la piscine avec les enfants. La résidence est très agréable. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Que du bonheur... Séjour très agréable

Excellent accueil des propriétaires .En 10 mn nous avions connaissance de tout ce qui était à voir dans la région, le fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la piscine0 La location se trouve dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue, bien située pour accéder tant à la côte qu'à l'arrière-pays. Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement durant une semaine en juin 2014 et nous y avons passé un moment fort agréable. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. La vue sur la terasse est magnifique et le propriétaire offre un service de qualité. Le complexe dans lequel se trouve l'appartement est calme et sécuritaire. Mon fils de 4 ans a beaucoup apprécié la piscine :) La localisation est aussi parfaite, l'accès à Canne ou à Nice de fait facilement. Et un autre plus, il y a un supermarché très près, pratique ! Super facilities, ideal location, good landlord.

Apartment is very comfortable, spotless, good furnishing, and services such as TV/Internet, washing/dryer machine, iron etc. Kitchen well equipped. Location is great, with Nice, Cannes, and Antibes all within 15 minute drive. Rapid bus route 230 nearby will connect to the airport Mon-Fri, 1.50 euro fare. Relaxing views, and great swimming pool. Short walk to abundant shops, bars, restaurants. Landlord was a pleasure to deal with. Would come back on next trip to South of France.

Cadre somptueux, résidence calme

Appart très sympa dans une résidence calme avec vue sur mer. Résidence très bien entretenue. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et moderne. Terrasse très appréciable. Proximité commerces (boulangerie, restaurant supermarché à 2 min). Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles (plan de la région et documents sur les sites à voir mis à disposition etc) Prévoir sa voiture vu l'emplacement. Nous y retournerons pour un WE golf... (plusieurs à proximité)
