With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 playroom, separate kitchen, garage, on 2 floors with huge living, fireplace, wi-fi connection, iPod connectivity in each room, terrace facing south, you'll have a relaxing holiday in Chamonix’s finest and more natural surroundings with a 1000sqm garden, great views on 360°. You wont easily find a self catered chalet with these finishing.

Fabulous house in a magical place

I'm an Italian architect specialized in renovating old properties. I'm fun of natural materials that I try to use in my work as I did with this chalet.
Why they chose this property
I love Chamonix where I come for holiday since 30 years, I was looking for a quiet house where to spend my free time with family and friends. I found this fantastic chalet near the forest but although at 15 minutes walk from the town center, I bought it and completely renovated in an eco-friendly way.
What makes this property unique
This has not been concieved as a holiday house with small bedrooms and bathrooms, but more as a everyday house with plenty of space for living and enjoyng. I don't want to fill the house with people, I want that the people coming to my place feel at home with all the comfort they need to make a vacation great and relaxing.
