This beautifully converted fully air-conditioned farmhouse consists of 4 bedrooms all en-suite. The ground floor level comprises of 1 main bedroom en-suite with shower room, main bathroom, kitchen-dining and sitting room. Going through a marble staircase you get to the first floor, where there is a main bedroom en-suite with shower room and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool area and breathtaking country views, triple bedroom and twin bedroom, both en-suite with shower room. The pentagon shaped pool overlooks the picturesque scenery of Pergla valley which leads to the tranquil Ghajn Barrani Bay. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature at its best.

Julie and her mum were most helpful and lovely to deal with. Lovely property and pool. Air conditioning a definite bonus. Could have done with a welcome pack with amenities / local information. And short of some kitchen equipment if you like to cook! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Gozo :)

Wunderschöne Villa mit super Gastgeberin

Das schöne Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, hat einen wunderschönen Außenbereich und eine tolle Sicht. Die Gastgeberin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und es lief alles problemlos und unkompliziert ab. Nach 4 Tagen wurde alles erneut geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein im Küchenbereich, ansonsten alles top! Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Enjoyed our stay.

He v The villa is beautiful and as described with plenty of room for a family of 5. Beautiful views from the back, lovely swimming pool, although a little on the small side. Doris was very helpful, we had everything we needed, and had plenty of electricity for the air conditioning. Might benefit from a few tiny modernisation of the washing machine and kitchen equipment. However, this did not take away from our enjoyment.

Very nice property, quiet and with lovely view and nice, if quite small, pool.

Property on arrival was very clean. Well equipped, especially with towels, main appliances, e.g.. cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Property is on outskirts of Xaghra but also close to Malsalforn, which has a good range of shops and restaurants.
