Family vacation!

Great condo. This unit was right by the elevator but no noise could be heard. Did not have to wait on elevators like some had said in previous reviews. Location was away from the traffic of Orange Beach, but close enough to go there to eat. Need longer shower liner in guest bath. Water went on floor when someone took shower. Rugs need to be replaced or cleaned, but otherwise very clean and stocked. Balcony was very nice and patio furniture was comfortable.

Great Getaway

Overall the property was very nice and clean. Came well stocked with all the essentials including everything one would need to cook meals. Awesome view of the Gulf from the balcony which provided many nights of just listening to the waves crash on the shoreline. Great layout within the unit with ample space for our group. Only challenges we had was a missing parking pass when we arrived and an unexpected power outage that lasted four hours. The first was rectified by LC the next day and the second was out of their control but they did try to keep us updated on when the power may be restored. Felt like they really cared that our stay was as best as it could be. Would definitely stay at this unit again and would recommend to anyone!

Spring Break

This property is in an excellent location and was extremely clean. Upon check-in we had the basics necessary and space needed for a comfortable week at the beach. Wonderful experience was had by all!!

Paradise Away From Home

I cannot say enough good things about this stay. From the spacious rooms to the amazing views, we couldn’t have asked for more. Every member of our party was able to have their own space but yet we were all able to spend time in the living room looking at that million dollar view. The beach service was great having 2 chairs with our names on them and they moved us closer to the front each day. The last day we were front row and got to enjoy the beautiful ocean under an umbrella. The pool was beautiful and my Grandson enjoyed every minute of pool time. I did wish the pool was open later than 10 as we are on vacation so we stay up late. We grilled on the community grills, made amazing memories in the pool and on the ocean and the time in the condo was beyond my expectations. It was FULLY stocked. All pots, pans, utensils, everything you could have needed and more which I haven’t seen in other condos I’ve stayed at. And the decor… absolutely perfect. We didn’t want to leave! I’ve already reached out to book next year’s trip. We could not have asked for more. Can’t wait til 2024!

Family getaway

The property was very nice, clean, and had stock of kitchen utensils. The condo its self had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach chairs were nice as well. My only complaint (and is probability not the owns fault) was the only smoking area was in the garage by the employee work area closet... it was like smoking in a dungeon. Yes i understand not smoking on balcony but not outside in the open is pretty silly. But overall had a great experience with this condo.

Best vacay ever!

My family books a vacation to this area each year. This has been our favorite condo unit we’ve ever stayed in! My husband I had had privacy and the kids had their own space white the great design of this condo! The decor was so nice and the bed was the most comfy I’ve ever been on! I even ordered the same bed for my own home! Amazing views and we loved the heated pool! Top notch! We’ll be back!

This condo was absolutely perfect. I loved the layout and I loved where it was located on the beach. It was totally stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need and I will definitely stay reserve it again!

Nice condo and location. The checkin was a bit crowded with only 2 elevators but we were on the 3rd floor so stairs were manageable for the younger generations. Condo was very clean.

Perfection

Just a beautiful condo. Furnishings are new or nearly new. Parking was actually better than expected. Quieter than most condo buildings this size. Beach was easy access. Two pools (one heated) and a hot tub made sure we had plenty of personal space. Food and shopping across the street. Grocery store a mile away. Everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach.

The was enjoyable. Some things in the unit were broken when we got there, others like the faulty light switch needs repair. We left a note of problems for whom it may concern. Other problems were handled with fairness. Overall We enjoyed our stay.

First time to Perdido Key

Loved our trip...the condo was excellent. I have stayed in many condos from Gulf Shores to SandDestin and this was our favorite. The condo was well stocked with any item you could think of. We also loved games and puzzles.

Beautiful rokm with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was so well stocked to be able to cook for 7 people. We had the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. My daughter asked if we could come back every year.

Enjoyed our time at Perdido Key. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo had everything we needed to make it a great family vacation. My daughters enjoyed the pools (especially the heated one). It was great to be able to spend time with my nephew that is stationed at the Navy base nearby.

One of the best Vacation Homes to stay at

The condo was very clean and the view was breathtaking...even though it was during the winter season we still had a lot of fun for our families to enjoy a nice vacation...once we were there we regretted not staying there for the entirety of our vacation. The private pool, gym, grills and few steps to the beach made this one of our most memorable vacation spots. Next time we visit we are definitely staying there. Everything in the condo was awesome they really went above and beyond our expectations.
