Beds – All on first floor: 1 king , 1 twin (or Super king) and 1 single with additional  pull out single.
Rooms – open plan lounge and kitchen diner,  two double bedrooms with en suite.
Kitchen and utilities – fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
Entertainment – Digital HD TV with Freeview, DVD player 
Outside – rear enclosed garden area.
Parking – One parking permit provided and paid parking available nearby at Sophia Gardens. Train and Bus terminals are nearby offering excellent public transport links

Excellent place to stay for our visit to Cardiff

We had 4 adults and 1 child of 3 in our group. The stairs to the bedrooms were steep, but with care holding on to the bannister, our child had no problems. The house was very tastefully decorated, clean, with plenty of kitchen dishes and equipment for our needs. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets if needed. Being in December, the host had put in a Christmas tree with a few other Christmassy ornaments which gave the festive feeling and was an additional, lovely touch. Whilst our first impressions of the road were not great as there seemed to be a lot of litter, the area was quiet and the house itself was ideal. Once we found the route to the centre, it was within easy walking distance, with a little corner shop nearby and a number of varied takeaways within walking distance.Altogether, a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it

Perfect for Our Family

This townhouse was exactly what our family needed as our temporary home for the week. A family room that easily sat 5 people, a separate dining room for dinners and game night (games included), and 3 lovely bedrooms. The home was very clean and welcoming. The homeowner was incredibly nice and helpful when anything came up, and greeted us at check in. The only minor issue we had was the property managers. I had a couple of questions before our arrival and instead of forwarding on the question to the homeowner to answer, they responded with basically, “I don’t know.” We look forward to staying there again!

Most relaxing gem!

This property, was such a delight. The furnishings were quite modern, and the beds were so comfortable. Appliances in the unit, were high end, and the dishes were plentiful. Not to worry, there was a dishwasher to take care of them. The location is great, for being able to get a bus, or boat taxi, and about a 5 minute walk from hundreds of shops and restaurants. An easy walk to the Castle and Museum. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and beautiful bedrooms. You couldn't ask for better Kathy

The perfect break

We spent 3 days at 24 green street to meet up with our UK family. The location was perfect and the property was perfect. The owner has done a fabulous job of making the property welcoming and provided a ton of information on the local area and things to do. Can’t recommend the property enough and we will definitely be returning.
