Enttäuschung

Vorab, Sevilla ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und auch die Unterkunft liegt perfekt. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht perfekt, sie war dreckig und an Feuchtigkeit nicht zu überbieten. Man könnte auch Schimmel hinzufügen. Das sehen wir auch daran, dass in der Wohnung ein Luftentfeuchter aufgestellt war. Der Behälter war bis zum Rand mit Wasser gefüllt und wir mussten ihn leeren. Deshalb sind wir direkt nach dem 1. Tag auch wieder abgereist. Die Agentur war leider keine Hilfe. Im Vorfeld war alles super und haben schnell geantwortet. Aber sobald es Probleme wie unsere gab, hat sich die Agentur und der Vermieter tot gestellt. Schade. Und auf die Rückerstattung oder irgendeine Lösung/ Feedback warten wir bis heute. Am 12.07.2024 waren wir dort. Schade. Wir können die Wohnung und die Agentur nicht empfehlen.
