Pace Apartment 5

Location is wonderful but the large shower did not work leaving 4 women to shower in the much smaller bathroom. The loft bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was hard. The espresso maker did not function. Many electrical outlets need replacing, were pushed into the wall making it impossible to use the plug. Definitely a safety hazard and possible fire hazard. Hot water faucet in kitchen was could not be turned on. The biggest plus would be the location and Pierluigi who greeted us.

Few repairs needed

Property is located in a vibrant area on the third floor. Air conditioner units were working extra hard during heat wave and trip the breaker many times which made for a long walk down to the main control panel every time to flip the breaker. The host Luigi was great at responding to our concerns. A few repairs are necessary to the property such as the front door handle and locking mechanism to enter an exit property. Showers are difficult to get hot water due to the installation of the shower handle. The second bathroom water pressure was so low we could not even use the shower. Apartment is spacious and seem to be clean. However it could use a refreshing paint job.

Good location for first time tourist....wouldn't stay again.

Let me preface this review with, "I've stayed in Italy 8 times over the last decade- all OLD buildings and never an experience like this." Positives: This is an excellent location for the first time tourist. It's close to everything!!-walkable. Also dozens of bars, restaurants and shopping out the front door. Water was hot, sheets were clean, great water pressure and good air-conditioning. Challenges: 2 days before check-in still no contact from owner on check-in process. I had to make contact to get this process started. 3rd bedroom not as advertising. Only 2 bedrooms- 3rd bed is a pull out couch mattress-NOT comfortable - in the living room. Many electrical out lets did not work. Light bulbs missing from ones that did. Showers did not drain properly- water on the floor every morning. The 2nd toilet flushing mechanism "just broke" so we had to reach into the tank to flush the toilet-gross!! No coffee pot to make more than 1 c. of coffee at at time. Purchased a wonderful French Press from the store down the street. A gift to the owner...It's red. Should still be there when you arrive:) The manager was not the owner, a younger individual- very kind. I did report all of this to him.

Very noisy.

It was an okay apartment although the 2 bedroom was in a dark small back room and not as portrayed in the photos. The problem with the apartment was that a bar/ restaurant down on the street played very loud columbian music (live band) every night and it was impossible to sleep. I would not stay there again for that reason

Apparemment très bien placé au cœur du centre historique, entouré de restaurants et de bars. Un peu de bruit le soir, mais rien que de très normal vu l'emplacement. Appartement très confortable et chaleureux
