1-bedroom apartment located in the Benalbeach complex (Benalmádena coast) just 50 meters from the beach with panoramic sea views from the sunny terrace.
Communal gardens and swimming pools (pool bar, children's pools), gym, supermarket, hairdresser, etc.
Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking hobs, washing machine, etc.

Special rates available for stays of 30 nights or more, between November and April.

The building has elevators.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (payable), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open Monday to Sunday.

POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

Pool and slide opening hours may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, we cannot accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Communal satellite TV, subject to communal signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment to the gym.

Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local legislation. In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to €200. This measure allows us to offer you a calm and worry-free experience.
