Fully renovated one bedroom apartment with air conditioning in heart of the historic centre. The apartment is situated near Cort Reial, a little square and perfect location for culture and history lovers. On the first floor of a renovated building from the XVI century, which has all modern comforts.
The living room has a smart TV with cable television, high quality fast internet/wifi, a comfortable sofa convertible to a double bed and a dining table for 3 people. The apartment also has a modern kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, water cooker and coffee machine. It also has a washing machine. The apartment has one bedroom There is a complete bathroom with a shower and toilet. The building has a lift.
Notes:
The apartment is situated in the hart of the Old City and is partly closed for traffic and you are not allowed to park there. Note! By car you may only enter 3x per quarter so use those three times carefully. For instance one for your check in and one for your check out. Although you may not park you can stop to unload your luggage.
A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.
Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included in the price.
