Lower Farm House is located in rural West Oxfordshire, 90 minutes drive from London. It is quiet, and the night sky is incredible, with majestic sunsets.
The house is very comfortable, recently renovated, with five bedrooms sleeping up to fourteen people.
First floor two large ensuite double bedrooms, one with a sofa bed, two twin rooms with wash hand basins & a large shared bathroom with shower and bath.
Ground floor has an easy access bedroom with two single, one double bed, and space for a fold-up bed, with adjacent walk-in shower.
A fully equipped cottage kitchen.
A large dining room with access to the beautiful private garden.
An elegant farmhouse sitting room with an open fire.
Catering options are available on request (for special occasions).
The Lower Farm House is owned by a charity, so your stay will help contribute to transforming the lives of young people as all profits go towards youth development work.

Multi birthday celebration venue
There were 10 females of my family celebrating a total of 142 years in this earth at this lovely comfy roomy property in a great location. Plenty location.Olent .Plenty.

Had a lovely family time here with 11 of us and the house still felt so spacious! It is driving distance to lots of beautiful villages around the cotswolds. I would highly reccomend and stay again!

Beautiful Cotswold family home
Myself and ten family members celebrated Christmas at this beautiful home. It was very spacious and perfect for our needs. Lovely walks nearby and a couple of pubs. We had a fantastic time and made lots of memories.

All round excellent!
We stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday. The communications beforehand were informative and friendly. When we arrived the welcome was warm and the property was lovely. It was exactly as described as well as being clean and well equipped. The outside space was also excellent with a good sized, enclosed and safe garden. We also asked for a dinner on one night and a full English breakfast on our last morning. Both meals were excellent, well cooked with generous portions. I highly recommend this property for a short or long stay at any time of year.

It was a perfect property for a large family getting together from different parts of the world. The house is spacious with many sleeping options and well equipped for large groups including cooking facilities. The garden is very pretty and well looked after. We had a great time.

Stayed over a long weekend with family for our Golden Wedding celebrations. The property was well appointed, in a good location, and safe for the younger people. I would recommend to anyone looking for a similar stay.

Our family, aged under 1 to mid-eighties with mobility needs, thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable house. We particularly loved the walled garden, with large BBQ and shady large eating patio.

Cycling Weekend
Stayed with a group of cycling friends, some from up north, some from London. This is a great location as it sits nicely in the middle. Also the local countryside makes for excellent cycling with lovely little villages and great pubs. The house was perfect for us and We had a fantastic weekend.

Amazing property, so cosy, lots of space. Had everything we needed for our family get together. Garden was beautiful and the setting in the countryside was amazing. Great pub down the road who accommodated our large group for lunch on Saturday. Cant recommend highly enough.

Wonderful stay
We had a lovely time and the house was perfect for our needs. The air hockey/pool/football table was a welcome surprise and kept the kids happy for hours and the enclosed garden was a great space for them to run around. We will definitely be visiting again.

Relaxing birthday weekend
We enjoyed a relaxing weekend to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday as a family group of 10. The farmhouse layout suited us very well and we loved the garden and outside undercover barbecue area. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The showers were very good and there was plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. We made the most of the table football in the hall. We would recommend the property and its location.

Adventure Plus exists to help children and young people reach their potential and make positive life choices, whilst giving them a great time in the great outdoors!

We want to see young people embrace the adventures that life offers. We are passionate about helping them get active, push themselves and learn more about who they are and what they are capable of – all within the bigger perspective of the Christian faith, which is at the heart of what we do.

We do this primarily through:
Group Adventures Providing adventure activities for schools, youth groups, DofE, church weekends away and family groups.
Adventure Impact Our specialist unit working with children and young people, aged 8-21, who are vulnerable, disadvantaged or who have additional needs.
Total Adventure Holidays Residential holidays and day camps for individuals and groups of friends.
GAP: Adventure training and discipleship gap year and internship programmes.
Adventure Club, Climbing club and Canoe Club enable local young people to be involved on a weekly basis.
Our aim through all of our programmes is to leave the young people wanting more, so that they keep returning to A+ and can benefit from the long-term impact as relationships develop over years, and we are able to provide mentoring and encouragement right through their teens and into early adulthood.
