Loved the location and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Elevator opens to the bedroom which is weird, but it works.

Beautiful balcony

My son and I love visiting Rome and we appreciated how much Casa Caudi made our most recent visit so much more convenient. It takes only about 12 minutes to walk to Termini and from there, you can take the metro to see the sights. There are windows surrounding 3 sides of one of the rooms, and I took that one so I could look out at the night sky. The balcony was spacious with a table and six chairs for relaxing. It was our favorite part. The home itself is lovely and located on a very quiet street. The only noise came on Epiphany Eve from a celebrating neighbor. Rowena was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful. She was lovely as well!

Enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Caudi. Elia was so helpful in terms of the property and how to get in and out. We stayed with 3 adults so there was plenty of room even though we had to share the couch. The balcony was awesome to enjoy a bottle of wine on and the weather was perfect during our stay. One of the downfalls of this apartment, is the water pressure. It wasn't very strong so it was difficult to have a relaxing shower. As for the location of the apartment, it was a quick walk to the train station, about 10-ish minutes, but if you're planning to go near the Trevi Fountain, the distance is a little too far even though we walked it anyway. Overall, the apartment was clean and we were given candy, sweets, and water which made up for the shower situation. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Rome!

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Rom-Entdecker

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Bahnhofsnähe - und dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Highlight ist natürlich die grandiose Dachterrasse! Die Küche ist klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Weiterer Pluspunkt: das etwa 300 m entfernte Ausgehviertel San Lorenzo, in dem man wunderbar essen kann, wo auch Studierende und Einheimische einkehren.

L'appartamento di Elia è in un'ottima posizione a Tiburtina. La cucina è moderna e funziona. Meravigliosa la terrazza al terzo piano.

Es gibt viele positive Aspekte , jedoch auch mehrere negative Aspekte. Die Wohnung hat eine gute , ruhige Lage mit einem großem Balkon, strahlt eine interessante - jedoch nicht luxuriöse Atmosphäre aus , und ist nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend ausgestattet : Geschirrspülmaschine und Toaster fehlen , Satelliten - TV ist ohne Deutschen Sender . Sie setzt eine gewisse Kompromissbereitschaft der Gäste voraus : der wackelige Küchenwasserkran ( nur Kaltwasser )war mit einer Schnur an der Wand befestigt, , als Arbeits - und Abstellfläche stehen in der fensterlosen Küche ca. 20 x 60 cm Platz zur Verfügung ,die Küchentürklinke ließ sich nicht von innen öffnen,was zur Folge hatte , dass ich eingesperrt war .Es fehlen Berdienungsanleitungen für den Herd ,den Kühlschrank und die Nespresso - Maschine. Das fensterlose Badezimmer hat nur bei eingeschaltetem Licht eine Belüftung , hat bereits Schimmelansätze und Kalkrückstände in den Fliesenfugen . Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen ist instabil, es gab keine Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für die nassen Handtücher ,. Die Dusch - und Haarwaschmittel sollten nicht in Glasbehältern angeboten werden ( mit nassen Händen besteht Glasbruch - und Verletzungsgefahr ). Fast alle Fensterrollos im Wohnzimmer ließen sich nicht bedienen.Sehr pos. hervorheben möchte ich die Philippinische Hausangestellte , die sehr bemüht war. Die für die Vermietung zuständige Ansprechperson war offensichtlich nicht an einer Kommunikation mit uns interessiert und reagierte weder auf unsere EMail-Bitte um Kontaktaufnahme noch gab sie mir ein Feedback auf meine schriftlich hinterlassenen Anmerkungspunkte. Da ich selber schon seit vielen Jahren 1 Ferienwohnung vermiete , weiß ich es zu schätzen ,wenn mich Gäste auf Missstände hinweisen - und empfinde es konstruktiv . Ansonsten könnten z. B. ignorierte Feuchtigkeitsprobleme auf Dauer zu größeren Schäden führen. Schade - ich hätte die Wohnung gerne besser bewertet !

Pas de chauffage en plein hiver

Pas de chauffage alors qu'il faisait des températures proche de zero. On est à Rome mais en janvier et février il fait froid. Très froid. C est très humide. Communication difficile, ne répond pas au téléphone. Appartement froid. L.ascendeur qui arrive au milieu de l appartement n est pas isolé.

Casa Caudi

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Caudi. It is a beautiful old home converted to suites. The master bedroom has some stairs to climb and has low headroom. There is a wonderful balcony that is very nice to relax on in the evening for a glass of wine. There is a nice sunroom to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The sunroom can get warm in the afternoon but the AC system quickly cools it down and worked well. Kitchen is small but very functional. You can see the Aurelian wall from the balcony. Flat is walking distance from the central train station with a roller bag. Metro stops are also at central station to get around the city. Was normally €10-15 to get any where in the historic center from the Flat by Uber unless in rush hour. We found a great laundry mat that was 10 minute walk from the flat just drop and pick up later for very reasonable price. Many good dining establishments within walking distance. Elia was very good communicating with us up front. Because we travelled from the US Southwest to Rome he was able to get suite cleaned and ready for us by noon recognizing our long travel delay. Overall enjoyed our stay at Casa Caudi and served as a good base to visit Rome.

Bonne adresse

Séjour très agréable Logement avec place de parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable à rome Accès handicapés avec ascenseur Logement avec balcon Le seul bémol est dans la chambre du haut , la salle de bain . Elle est toute neuve mais l'accès à l'eau est compliqué , peu de débit et ne fonctionne pas si quelqu'un prend une douche en parallèle en bas . Mais sinon très bon séjour Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Accès facile au centre ville à pied ou en transport.

Ein unangenehmer stechender Chlorgeruch war im ganzen Haus und Wohnung zu vernehmen. Das angebotene Frühstück war ein Witz. Die Fotos und Angaben in der Beschreibung entsprachen nicht den Tatsachen.
