Villa Mala Bay is located in a quiet residential area, Binixica, less than 5 minute drive from Sant Climent village and the beautiful white sand bay at Calan Porter, where you will also find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Other south coast beaches (Binidalí, Binibeca, Binisafúa) and the capital town Mahón, can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
The villa is surrounded by open countryside and the private garden offers various areas for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. Accessed directly from the lounge, kitchen and ground floor bedrooms is a shaded porch furnished with garden sofas, a dining table with chairs and a gas barbecue. Around the swimming pool is a terrace with sunbeds and grass lawn next to a wooden deck which has been elevated for enjoying the country views.
The villa is modern and has been decorated with comfortable furniture:
Ground Floor: lounge with smart TV with UK and French channels, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, ceiling fan and exterior access, 1 twin bedroom with ceiling fan and exterior access, 1 shower room.
