This cottage is located in the cottage area Kollerup by Fjerritslev, close to the beautiful beaches at Svinkløv and Grønne Strand. From the living room you look directly at the beautiful natural plot and forest. The house was built in 2005 and very well maintained. There are two double bedrooms and one with a double sofa bed. The owner of the house regularly uses the house himself, therefore the house oozes coziness and relaxation. There is also a wood burning stove. Outdoors there is also a large terrace area with plenty of opportunity for both sun, shade and shelter. The cottage is located on an 800 m & # 178; large natural plot at the end of a closed road, with direct access to large forest and the plantations around Kollerup. There is a path directly from the house into the forest, where there is a vantage point from which you can see the entire Jammerbugten. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
