Excellent Location
The proximity of this well-maintained cottage to The Rail Trail makes a biking holiday fun. Staying in Brewster also made exploring The Cape by car and on foot easy. My best recommendation is to say that "I can't wait to return".
Great easy to find location in the Cape that gave us a welcoming feeling to the east coast. Storybook setting is what my fiancé kept commenting. Thanks Joe and Ginger

The cottage was very welcoming and felt homely, with lovely touches like books to read and toiletries. It was well situated for places to eat. The garden was pleasant to sit in and the kids could run about. We enjoyed our week there.
We had a wonderful time in the cute, cozy, clean cottage. So close to the bike path and in a lovely quiet setting. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a few days. Just right for me and my family.

Lovely cottage in a quiet area where we fully enjoyed our stay... and we are planning to go back in the next summer vacations. Was perfect for the 3 of us. We appreciated the proximity of the beautiful bicycle path and the beaches (by the bay).
Cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night getaway with my wife! Lots of stuff within walking distance, including a book store, liquor store, gas station, breakfast and coffee places, etc. We also rented e-bikes across the street and toured the cape via the cape cod rail trail at the end of the road! Will 100% stay again. Thank you for the great rental!
The cottage was in a terrific location. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Evelyn was a great host. Communication was easy. She was very responsive the night I arrived and realized there were no linens. Five stars!!!
We stayed here during a mother/daughter road trip. It was important for this location to be clean, in a good location but most of all safe. It met all! Walked to a nearby coffee shop. Enjoyed learning and witnessing the change in tide. Whale watching out of P town. And found the cutest glass night lights at a near by shop called Handcraft House!!

My Family and I stayed at the Cottages on aug 13-20. What a delight! After receiving a warm welcome from the owner (who was very accomodating) We enjoyed a great stay. The cottages are very clean, located in a great location, peaceful yet close to everything, and very well equipped right down to the smallest details! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking the cottage again next year!

We rented this cottage for two nights and had a nice stay. The rail trail couldn’t have been closer which was a plus! We drove (less than a mile) to the bayside beaches- it is easily walkable in about 20-30 minutes depending on your load. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cumberland Farms for snacks, the beer and wine store for happy hour, and takeout pizza, all within. 5 minute walk. We will be back again!

We had an enjoyable stay in this charming little cottage June3-June10. Nice for a couple or a small family of 3 or 4. Guests are thoughtfully cared for. It is clean, has all the amenities one could think of and is tastefully decorated with a comfortable, homelike feeling of the shore. Having never stayed at this end of the Cape before, it was fun to see the area we have heard about. Sadly, we only had one day of sunshine , but we were able to fill our time and build lasting memories. Thank you.
My sweetheart & I had the romantic time we were looking for in Evelyn’s cute Cape Cod cottage. It was very close to the CCRT (Cape Cod Rail Trail) where we rode our scooters 🛴❤️, which was one of the main reason we chose this adorable cottage. It was very close to a coffee shop down the quite street, called Snowy Owl 🦉. The cottage was nicely located on the Cape. Evelyn was very responsive with all my questions and request for fresh towels. We were even able to check in one day early, which was so nice to enjoy the Cape even more. Thank you Evelyn for opening your cottage to my sweetheart and I. Love from Wisconsin! ❤️

Private stay in the middle of things
It was a pleasure staying here - Very private space just off of Main Street in Brewster. The cottage are quiet, and situated in a way that I almost never saw/heard one of the other visitors. However, it's just steps from all conveniences - coffee, convenience store, beer/wine/booze/, pizza, ice cream, burgers/fish. Getting to the beach is easy - particularly since we had a rolling beach trolley for our chairs and umbrella.
Getting in he car, it's easy to get to any other town in the cape - Outer Cape towns like Eastham and Wellfleet are easily accessible, and Chatam, Dennis and Harwich are just a few minutes in the other direction.
Dealing with the owner Evelyn was a pleasure - She was quick to respond and gave very thorough answers to every question I had (and I had a lot, this being the first time I've ever rented on Home Away, or any similar service).
Definitely a good choice if you're looking to stay in Cape Cod.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway on the Cape
Adorable cottage, well kept by very attentive owner. This is an older property that maintains the New England charm of another era. Perfect for the two of us (although it will sleep 4 with pull out bed). Our main objective on our trip to the cape was riding our bikes on the well maintained trails. When I reached out to Evelyn during booking process to inquiry how close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail the cottage is, Evelyn responded immediately, 700 feet. She wasn't kidding!!! Go out the front door, turn left and there you are, on the trail. The cottage location is near Route 6A but the property is very quite.
Evelyn is a joy to work with and responded very quickly to messages placed through the VRBO website. We met her during our stay and she was very knowledgeable on the places to go and things to do while visiting. She gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat on the Cape (and knew the places that were closed for the season).I would not hesitate to book this property again on our next visit to The Cape!
Long time travelers to the Cape. The property is very private, cozy and quiet yet right near 6A and amenities, super accessible for all we had planned. Parking in front extra convenient. Cottage kitchen nicely stocked for a longer stay. Owners’ communication was terrific. Thank you!
This cottage is perfect for a long weekend getaway. Great location to biking, restaurants and beaches. It felt like home away from home. Thank you Evelyn & John.

Nice and cozy cottage in a nice area, not far from the beaches and the Nickerson State Park. You can grab an espresso or coffee in the nearby Snowy Owl in walking distance. The cottage was very clean and tidy - we felt right at home. Very friendly and helpful landlords. We will definitely come back.
This property was perfect. It had everything one would need while on vacation. The location was perfect and so much to do and see. Will definitely be rebooking this cottage!!
