MH06 - Lovely 2 Bed 2 Bath Villa, Sea views, Mojon Hills, Isla Plana
This delightful 2 bed villa is fully equipped for holiday lets, with everything needed for a comfortable stay in the resort of Mojon Hills.
The villa has an open plan living area, with a sofa and chaise, ideal for lounging inside away from the heat of the sun! There is ample seating, TV and an ipod docking station to help entertain you during your stay.
The dining area is just off the kitchen, with sturdy dining table and seating for 4. The kitchen has all white goods, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. For keen cooks, the villa comes fully equipped for a self catering break, however if the mood takes you, why not wander down to the nearby village of Isla Plana with bars, cafés and restaurants.
There are 2 bedrooms at the villa, a double room with en suite shower room, and a twin bedroom ideal for children. There is also a second bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning for the summer months in both bedrooms and living room, which also acts as heating in the cooler winter months.
Externally there is a terrace for taking in the sea views to the front of the property, which is just opposite the communal pool. To the rear of the villa stairs lead up to the solarium, where sun loungers await you as you soak up both the sun and the stunning views over the resort and the bay of Mazarrón beyond. The garden is laid to easy maintenance gravel, and there is space for one car to park off the road in the villa´s driveway. There is a traditional stone BBQ for guests to use.
The communal pool is large and has a safe childrens area and a spa. Surrounded by grass and with showers, the pool is for use of the residents only and is gated. Access is via key.
Pets are not allowed in this property. Smoking allowed on terrace only.
Aircon runs by card meter with 10€ credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company.
Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024. A copy of the passport, ID card or DNI for each guest over 14 years old must be given to us at or before check-in, as we have to keep this information for each guest.
