The location of this one bedroom apartment is just amazing- surrounded by medieval architecture, around the corner of the Arab Baths, Cathedral and Galligants Monastery, but at the same time situated in a very quiet part of the old town. This apartment has been nicely decorated with the old stones that has been preserved. The place is fully furnished with wifi, washing machine, bedding and towels included and can sleep comfortably 2 adults and 2 kids on a sofa bed in the living room.

Charm, great location, not too clean, host not proactive

As the photos show, the apartment is spacious and has lots of charm - arched walls, a beautiful garden, and best of all its excellent location in the old town. But it is not for everyone. Most appliances, furniture (except the excellent bed) and systems are old. On arrival, the place was freezing due to a heating problem. Sleep and Stay brought in technicians and we spent an hour pointing out the non functional radiators and explaining that the shower was not hot (after that it all worked very well). The cleaning job was not great. Chunks of gravel and sand from the walls covered many parts of the floors and counters, including the open shelf where the dishes are kept. One morning a huge chunk fell on the counter where I made breakfast. The old dishwasher held a puddle of dirty water and a half dissolved soap tablet. Sleep and Stay were fairly responsive when we asked for help, but they are not proactive. Too much onus on the guests to find problems. It’s difficult to recommend this place without reservations.

Old Town Girona

Everything went well from communication with the owner to condition of the property. Very well situated in old town Girona. Plenty of choice on where to eat. We loved roaming the narrow streets and walk ways. So much history here. Would recommend this property.

Super apartment in my favourite city.

The apartment is perfectly located to soak up the atmosphere of the old town with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This wasn't my first visit to Girona and it won't be my last and I would happily stay in this apartment again.

Girona Cycling

Beautiful apartment in a great part of town. Just on the fringe of the old town, beside a great cafe. I don't need to stay anywhere else next time I am in Girona. Some problems with the VRBO site and communication but Sonia was great to deal with.
