F3 65m² for up to 5 people - ground floor villa appt. detached - ideally located - quiet - sea view over the entire gulf of Ajaccio, with sunset over the sanguinary ones - carport and garden - close to the sandy beaches in 5 minutes, the beaches of Agosta, Isolella , Ruppione, and the silver beach are a little further - swimming in the river in 15 minutes - forests from 35 minutes to 1 hour depending on the forest - Lake Tolla in 25 minutes -

Excellent séjour

La location est très bien située, au calme et avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Grande terrasse, garage fermé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et aussi très discrets.

Calme

La location est très bien, très propre. rdc d'une villa habitée par les propriétaires mais pourtant nous n'avons pas l'impression. La maison est faite de façon à être isolée complètement. Les propriétaires sont très gentils mais très discrets. Nous recommandons fortement cette location avec une vue superbe.

Da tornarci già domani

I proprietari hanno dimostrato una flessibilità enorme che riguarda il nostro arrivo e ci hanno aspettato fino alle 23.00 per un ritardo del traghetto. La posizione, l'allestimento, le pulizie, semplicemente tutto era perfetto. La posizione è fantastica non solo per la vista e i tramonti. E' un logo per persone romantiche . . . In 5 minuti si arriva al mare pulitissimo con spiagge meravigliose. Il paese offre tutto anche per delle serate movimentate come per cene tranquille.

Appartement très calme

Appartement très propre,très bien équipé,propriétaire très sympathique et le ponton la vue,seul bémol l accès la première fois que l on arrive car la route est peu large et en pente ,première vitesse oblige,merci encore et n hésiter pas futur locataire

Nous sommes venus à trois (deux frères et notre maman) c'était son premier voyage en Corse. L'accueil des propriétaires est d'une incroyable gentillesse. Nous reviendrons les voir sans hésiter et les remercions pour les bonnes adresses et les conseils de visites

Ottima scelta

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in due coppie in moto , la casa è perfettamente come da descrizione molto spaziosa pulita e con un panorama fantastico. I proprietari sono stati cordialissimi sin da subito facendoci trovare un dolce fatto in casa , e venendoci incontro con la lingua in quanto capivano e parlavano italiano. Unico neo se proprio vogliamo definirlo tale è la strada per raggiungere la casa che come molte strade dell'entroterra è leggermente stretta in salita, e un po' malandata, ma niente di preoccupante. Soggiorno veramente squisito e posizione ottima per molte tappe in quella zona interessanti.

Très calme et très belle vue sur le golfe d'AQjaccio et les sanguinaires avec le coucher de soleil.

Bonne location, par contre chemin pour y accèder complètement détérioré et il faut monter, impossible en moto... Sinon bon accueil et calme . Nous avons passé un bon séjour, propriétaires présents mais discrets. très central pour pouvir visiter autre chose que le bord de mer. Par contre le barbecue est très mal ventilé, et aucune table pour poser des affaires à côté, pas pratique du tout. et wc non indépendant donc à 4 le matin la queue pour la douche et le reste...

Sehr schöne ruhige Aussichtslage

Gut ausgestattete Küche, renoviertes Bad, sonnengeschützteTerasse mit Esstisch 6 Plätze und 2. niedrigem Tisch mit 4 Plätzen. Nur 5 Autominuten nach Porticcio/Strand/Restaurants/Supermärkte. Gelegentliche Flugzeuge des airports Ajaccio haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Leider noch(?) kein w-lan. Insgesamt empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Louis Dominique was a wonderful host. The property is very quiet and in an excellent location for visiting everywhere on Corsica. Highly recommend this property!

Vue splendide et accueil chaleureux

Nous revenons juste de notre séjour chez M et Mme Anchetti et à tous ceux qui hésite pour réserver cette location... allez y foncez ! Une vue sur la baie d'ajaccio extraordinaire, une maison au calme en étant tout proche des activités et des propriétaires au petit soin pour nous tout en restant très discret, voilà ce qui résume bien cette location. Je la recommande à tout le monde et je remercie M et Mme Anchetti pour leur gentillesse, leur accueil chaleureux et les attentions pour notre petit garçon de 3 ans. Si nous revenons un jour à Ajaccio, nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez vous.

Magnifique !

Nous avons eu 10 magnifiques jours en Corse : soleil, douceur, nature, baignade et randonnées. Un appartement tip top, comme décrit sur l'annonce. Et surtout des hôtes adorables et prévenants avec de bons conseils et disponibles si nécessaire. On est au calme, les enfants peuvent jouer dehors sans danger et la vue est juste incroyable ! Grand merci à Mme et M. Anchetti !

Enjoy the quiet, watch out for the mosquitoes

A nice apartment in the bottom floor on hillside. Not exactly away from it all, but definitely not disturbed by anyone. Downtown Porticcio is down the hill. Very kind and helpful proprietors. Never make the wrong turn driving up to the location or you will find yourself stuck in a steep hill, praying for a tow truck. Watch out for the mosquitoes, which leave a giant bump. And remember to enjoy the stay with a view to Porticcio and Ajaccio.

We enjoyed our vcation time. Everything correspond to the web specification. Our point of view is that reality is better as the web pictures are showing. From terrace you have direct view to Ajaccio and the airport. Mattrass are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner is living obove the apartment.
